You may even wish to snuggle under the covers a little bit more.
Now that your eyes are closed,
Just relax your body.
On the top of your head,
All the way down to your twinkly toes.
Now take a deep breath in,
Filling your belly with air.
And a long breath out.
Wonderful.
Just feel your body breathing easily now.
In and out.
Like a gentle breeze.
Now imagine your body is being surrounded by enchanted sparkles of starlight.
These glorious sparkles of magical starlight and moonlight will take you safely to Cloudland.
The sleepiest place in the sky.
Now imagine a cloudy puff,
Like a soft magic carpet made of cloud fluff,
Floating next to your bed.
You climb onto it and feel a tremendous rush of air as you realize you are floating up now.
And out the window.
Up,
Up and away now.
Out into the starry night sky.
You are flying through the sky,
On your very own magic cloud carpet.
All the way up,
Into the misty white,
Glorious land of clouds.
Welcome to Cloudland.
You look around and see everything is soft,
Fluffy and made entirely of cloud puffs.
You step off your cloud carpet and feel the frothy softness of the clouds under your bare feet.
With your hands,
You feel the light fluffs of cloud,
Tingling against your skin.
You realize that Cloudland is even softer than feathers.
Those clouds are the absolute softest things you have ever felt.
You feel all warm and cosy inside.
And so completely safe here.
It is so beautiful here.
As you gaze up,
You see the open blue sky and some stars twinkling happily in the distance.
You feel so free here and so special to be exploring this enchanted place.
You tumble around on the clouds.
You jump slowly.
And the clouds bounce back,
After some time.
Everything is slower here.
Lighter and easier.
You roll about and somersault and yawn happily.
There is no rush in Cloudland.
Cloudland is a place for playing and relaxing.
For dreaming and dozing.
For snoozing and sleeping.
You remember that sleeping is so much fun.
Because you can have the most wonderful dreams,
Where anything is possible.
You may feel yourself almost starting to dream already.
Cloud animals form out of the clouds for you to play with.
Which cloud animals do you see?
Your favourite animals appear in the misty clouds.
And they are so friendly and so soft.
Now,
As some clouds part,
You see something truly spectacular.
A cloud castle.
It has fluffy white turrets with flags flapping in the wind.
It has mysterious towers and all sorts of wonderful things.
There are castle gardens with hedges and flowers and statues of clouds.
There's even a cloudy swimming pool for you to float about in.
It's amazing.
In this place,
You feel so safe and so free to be yourself and explore to your heart's content.
Everything you wish can come to life here with your imagination.
You climb and bounce up to the highest tower.
And you feel very important as you look out across the sky.
From up here,
You can see the moon much more clearly.
It is a full moon tonight.
Big and round.
You can see the moon actually has a face.
It winks at you and blows you a puff of sparkling moon dust.
You make a special wish.
As a shooting star flies past,
Wow!
The shooting star catches your special wish.
With this shiny moon dust twirling magically in the air.
Everything very sleepy.
And oh so snoozy.
You keep exploring your cloud castle.
And now you see,
There is a grand bedroom with a view of the stars and the moon.
Inside this bedroom,
There is a plush bed made entirely of cloud puff.
This is the most comfortable,
Most relaxing,
Dreamiest,
Sleepiest,
Coziest and softest bed in the entire universe.
You can't wait to sleep in this enchanted bed.
As you step towards it,
You feel sleepier and dreamier.
Dreamier and sleepier.
With every step you take.
You climb into this bed.
And your whole body melts into the soft clouds supporting you.
As your head rests gently on the fluffy pillow,
Your eyes feel so heavy and wish to sleep right now.
With joy in your heart.
And feeling completely safe.
Special and loved.
You drift into a lovely deep sleep.
As you dream with delight.
