Welcome to this very special frozen meditation where you will join the lovely young Snow Queen on her quest into the enchanted lands.
Close your eyes and if you're ready to take a relaxing meditation journey into the magical forest and into the unknown,
Then make sure you're all cosy and comfortable and let your imagination run free.
Now take a deep breath in and a long breath out.
That's great.
Again a deep breath in and a calm breath out.
As you feel your body starting to relax now,
Just let your breathing happen all by itself.
You may start to feel a little bit dreamy.
This is wonderful because this is when the magic can happen.
Now imagine a wintery wonderland of ice and snow.
It is really quite beautiful.
Now imagine you feel as light as a snowflake and you are floating down through the sky and into this snow covered land.
The cool air feels refreshing on your face.
You start to walk through the soft snow and you realise that you magically have boots on and a lovely long costume keeping you very warm.
You look around and see magical ice crystals and snowflakes floating in the air with enchantment.
Who would be so powerful to create them?
And now you see a horse riding through the snow towards you.
As the horse gallops closer,
The person riding on it waves.
And now you see it is the Snow Queen.
You can see she is very young,
More like a princess age and you feel that you have seen her somewhere before.
She has a friendly smile and wide lovely eyes.
Her very long hair is in a beautiful braid.
The Snow Queen introduces herself.
Her name is very familiar to you.
She is calm,
Confident and intelligent.
She invites you to jump up onto her horse's back.
Is there anything you would like to ask the lovely Snow Queen?
You may ask her anything you wish to know as you ride along and chat together.
As your horse gallops along,
You can both see a hill covered in snow.
Along the hillside,
You can see an ice cavern,
A cave made entirely of ice.
It glows a light shade of blue and looks very mysterious.
You ride towards it.
Suddenly,
To your surprise,
A creature shuffles out of the icy cave and gives you a friendly wave.
You see that this is an old and mystical troll.
He has a wonky,
Toothy grin and the kindest eyes you have ever seen.
This troll is very wise and very elderly.
He knows the magic ways of the world.
He tells you that to find the truth,
You must go to the enchanted lands and into the unknown.
Together with the Snow Queen,
You must travel far away,
As far north as you can go,
Where once stood an enchanted forest.
In this forest,
You must meditate with the warmth of love in your heart.
The mystical troll looks into your eyes and tells you that the Snow Queen's powers are strong,
But she will need your powers too.
You both thank the troll for his wisdom and continue your journey on horseback.
You tell your new friend,
I believe in you more than anyone or anything.
She tells you that she believes in you too.
Together you ride over snow-capped mountains in the north,
Until you arrive at a river.
Near the riverbank,
You see some twiggy arms waving to you from behind some branches.
And now you see they belong to a funny snowman who pops out from behind a tree.
He has a carrot nose and a big toothy smile and seems so jolly and happy to see you.
The snowman tells you that the river points north,
Further north than he or the Snow Queen have ever been.
You thank the snowman,
Who was about to canoe up the river,
And you keep riding north.
Suddenly you and your friend arrive at a mystical wall of frozen fog.
It is spellbound and sparkles with enchantment.
The Snow Queen holds her hand up to the mist and it parts for you.
Together you walk inside and into an enchanted forest which lies hidden behind the wall of magic mist.
You can feel the Snow Queen's power is growing strong and yours also.
You feel very safe and at home here.
You look around and see the forest has ancient green trees and lovely flowers.
There are swirling leaves dancing in the wind.
It feels like a fairy tale forest.
The Snow Queen makes magical columns of ice spring up through the forest and you prance around on them,
Jumping with joy in your heart.
And now a cute little creature jumps into your hands and smiles up at you.
It is a salamander.
It is baby blue with pink patches on its back and glows with the power of fire.
This salamander is a fiery little thing.
It leaps out of your hands and into the trees.
Pink flames light up in the branches as it jumps from one tree to another.
It is so little and cheeky but so powerful too.
You see the river is winding through the trees and the snowman has arrived in his canoe.
He is now sitting next to a stone statue which suddenly rumbles and comes to life.
You can feel the power of the earth.
You and your Snow Queen friend look at each other and you know it is time now to make peace in the forest with all of the elements and with the forest people who live here too.
In the middle of the forest is a clearing of soft green grass surrounded by a circle of trees and flowers.
In the middle of the grassy circle you and your Snow Queen friend sit and meditate together with all of your hearts.
Leaves swirl around you in the wind in an enchanted circle.
The salamander dances around you in the trees with lovely pink sparks.
The stone giant sits in peace and meditates with you too.
As you meditate happily with love in your heart you trust your power is for good.
You embrace your power and let it shine.
You believe in yourself and you believe in your friend.
The truth that you are seeking is that your power is wonderful.
Your power is spectacular and your power can heal the world.
Your power is safe and right to use and the more you shine out to the world the better the world is.
You are very special and you can do anything.
All four elements have now joined together in perfect harmony.
Earth from the stone giant.
Fire from the salamander.
Wind from the magic breeze of the forest.
And water from the Snow Queen.
You have added the love from your heart.
Combining these four elements together this creates perfect peace and harmony in the forest and in the world.
The enchanted forest is now free and the spell lifts.
The magic mist it was shrouded in disappears and there is peace and happiness across the land.
The snowman and the mystical troll and the Snow Queen's lovely sister and her husband arrive on a loyal reindeer to celebrate with you.
Together you all laugh and cheer and celebrate happily with the people of the forest.
As you make peace with these people your Snow Queen friend is so happy because she truly feels she belongs here.
She also understands now how wonderful her powers really are.
After having the most incredible experience it is time now to return home to sleep.
You wave goodbye to your new friends as you float up into the sky.
And you drift home to bed.
Your heart is full of love and your soul feels so free because you know that it is safe and magnificent to express yourself and to live life with your true power.
You are allowed to shine as bright as you wish.
As you relax into your warm cozy bed you feel the soft covers around you.
When your head rests gently on your pillow you drift into your deepest happiest dreams.
As you sleep with bliss you feel so happy because you know that you can visit your friends in the frozen wonderland and the enchanted forest anytime you wish.
