Just by gently closing your eyes and listening along to this sleepy bedtime's tale full of foxy fun.

Because you know,

And I know,

That the most magical,

Extra enchanted and sometimes hidden lands of your very best dreams really do exist.

Those special places where you can do anything and you can be anything,

They all live inside you right now.

Shining in the most exciting parts of your bedtime's imaginations.

And I can also tell you that tonight,

As you keep listening,

You'll be receiving a very special visit from that cheekiest,

Sneakiest and funniest forest friend of yours,

Freddy the Fox.

Because Freddy the Fox wants to share with you his incredible adventures.

As you and Freddy together might just explore that marvellous,

Secret moonlit place of your pure,

Most fun dreams.

Now somewhere out there,

Freddy is already waiting for you and is waiting to show you how to get so fast to that beautiful moonlit dreamland that only the most clever creatures know.

And you may be even a little surprised to learn what it is.

So just imagine making your way now into that secret,

Hidden forest where all foxes love to live.

And you can imagine this forest where all of those amazing,

Special and wonderful feelings of foxy fun really can begin to glow and grow inside.

And it's so much easier to find clever foxes to have fun with when you really do relax a little more.

And your soft eyelids really do stay down.

Can you see and feel yourself standing on the fluffiest green grass of a comfortable forest floor?

Or can you see or smell the lovely maple and oak woods with all of those green,

Green trees shining under the moon?

Since everything here does seem to glow and shine a little,

Everything looks a little different and more magical to you.

And it's becoming a little more curious to look upon because already you're exploring these dreamy woods and discovering some of its secrets just like a clever fox.

Running besides the clear flowing streams and counting the red spotted mushrooms as you walk about merrily.

Until very soon you look up and find you're now below a very special and very familiar tall tree.

And you realise you've found the tallest and most secret oak tree in the whole forest.

The oldest and wisest looking tree in the whole of this secret glade.

And down beneath this tree,

Somewhere there underground,

You can see by its oak roots there is a very special kind of entrance to a well hidden sleeping burrow.

Far down below you can just see there's a hideaway spot through cosy tunnels and burrows where just maybe there's a friendly fox family dozing happily right now.

And you can almost hear the foxes snoozing blissfully as most foxes like to sleep.

Just sleeping away in their very warm and very cosy secret foxhole burrows.

So happy with all of their foxy brothers and sisters resting happily around.

Yet even as you're looking and listening a little more for those foxy sleeping signs,

All of a sudden poking out of the burrow's entrance you see some sneaky,

Very foxy ears appear.

And now the ears reveal a cheeky foxy face.

And now the rest of the fox appears and you're so happy because you see it's Freddy the fox himself.

He's come out to greet you.

And Freddy tries slinking out to surprise you,

The sly fox that he is.

But you see he's impressed because you were already here.

And you see Freddy's chestnut brown coat shining,

So silky in the moonlight.

As you watch him shake his puffy tail proudly in the air.

And he says he's so glad to see you.

Freddy's face beams,

His smiling eyes extra shiny tonight as an excited grin spreads across his happy foxy face.

He tells you he is so ready to go right now and show you a new and even more fun sleep adventure.

Now Freddy,

Being your most fun and most adventurous animal friend and being the super clever and sly fox that he is.

He tells you he's already heard about a wonderful secret place to have the best sleep.

A hidden place called Dreamland that's only known on the whisperings of the wind.

And he asks,

Will you join him?

Because he is so eager and keen to explore Dreamland with you,

He wants you to be there too,

Right along by his side.

And if you now say yes,

Then Freddy tells you something else you didn't quite expect to hear.

Because he tells you that the very secret and most magical way to actually find Dreamland is at the top of this tree.

Because this old and wise tree above you,

Right now,

Is the hidden path to the amazing secret gateway into the land of all dreams.

And at the top of this tree,

There is a fantastical cloud portal that only foxes like Freddy know about.

And these special clouds will take you both directly to Dreamland.

So feeling so very,

Very lucky to be hearing about this secret way and about these curious clouds,

You know you feel so ready to go somewhere that sounds so marvelous and fun.

And almost without a second thought,

You nod and smile to see Freddy darting off,

And you're quick too to be following fast behind.

As Freddy starts to climb the wise old tree,

He quickly teaches you the hidden pathways up.

As he climbs so well with his foxy,

Soxy,

Nimble paws.

And you see this is the perfect tree for your climbing,

Because there are lots of strong branches and footholds,

All very close together.

As Freddy leads on.

And you relax and feel so safe here as you climb together,

Higher and higher,

With Freddy as your guide.

Sphere into the dense leafy folds of the ancient sturdy tree.

Feeling more and more free all the time,

You feel so confident and happy.

Feeling like you can do anything at all,

Since Freddy calls back to remind you a lot you can be anyone or anything in this world.

Anything at all.

If you really want to explore your amazing dreams.

And following Freddy's bushy,

Fluffy,

Foxy tail,

And hearing the sounds of his scratching furry paws as he darts up and up.

Together you move up.

Feeling more and more like an agile,

Happy,

Clever fox as you go.

Up through the thick green leaves and up through the solid branches.

Feeling so nimble and quick,

You soon move past the feathery little faces of some night owls who appear.

Friendly little owls tucked away in a cozy hidden branch.

And they look back at you so curiously.

You see the night owls stare at you with their big round owl eyes.

Just may be wondering and wishing they too were joining along with your fun.

But you and Freddy say farewell as you climb on higher above the perching owls.

Until finally you climb so high in the tall tree,

You're suddenly reaching the greenest leaves you've ever seen.

As the tree top opens out at the very bushy top of this old tree.

You're so high up you can see all the way down over the whole hidden forest.

And all the way out across to the misty mountains in the distance.

And you look out and soon notice so many passing fluffs of cloudy puff.

All drifting along so slowly through the wide and open starry night sky ahead.

As mischievous Freddy looks back at you,

You see his smiling even more.

Grinning with the happiest twinkle in his brown foxy eyes.

Because you know he just loves to show you these incredible night time thrills.

To help you feel so good and feel as free as you can be.

And so together you both decide you'll soon count to three.

One,

Two,

Three.

And now you both jump out and pounce onto the next passing cloud of magic mist moving by.

And now you're landing again so safely and smoothly on the softest cloudy surfaces.

It's just like landing on a little flying cloud carpet that completely supports you.

You're both landing as foxes and holding on as this little magic cloud rushes you both so smoothly through the fresh night air.

Now you feel like you're soaring and floating all the way up.

Up to an even bigger,

More magical cloud.

Up there you can see floating even higher above you.

And it's such a joy to be flying up and up on your very own cloudy puff of enchantment.

Flying this safest and softest ride up towards happy dreamland.

The land of your most amazing dreams waiting for you where all sleep time possibilities can really begin.

Now finally you're arriving to this giant welcoming cloud.

And you feel this is the very place where all of your most incredible,

Most wonderful night's dreams can truly come to life.

As you feel yourself moving into and then out from so many colorful,

Misty,

Beautiful cloud banks and shapes all around you.

You're seeing and noticing happy cloud shapes like pictures,

Just like your most favourite forest animals.

And even other mythical,

Magical creatures from your favourite story tales.

And you're visiting and drifting into all sorts of your favourite fun fantasy lands.

Places full of kind hearted characters and smiling story friends.

Seeing and drifting into all of those marvellous,

Relaxing scenes of those favourite stories that you've always wanted to explore so much more.

As all of those tales of your most favourite dreams magic now expand right before your minds eyes.

Growing bigger and bigger and you're free to explore anywhere at all.

Here in these magical dream lands to see and hear and feel your imagination's total,

Happiest,

Cheerful dreams coming right now to life.

And after some relaxing time you find yourself looking over to Freddy once again in your dreamy wonderment.

Only to see your fox friend is bouncing around on the fluffiest cloud carpets.

Rolling and prancing and getting up to a little more foxy mischief before he tells you he'll finally fall asleep.

And so you join in too,

Joining along with Freddy's fun as you try out some foxy slinking tricks of your own.

And even some more foxy pouncing and laughing and jumping about.

As you drift and dream and laugh together so joyfully here.

So free to float through the misty puffs of these lovely peaceful clouds.

Until at last the lovely soft misty clouds in front of you are parting a little more.

And you see the beautiful sparkling stars and the comets come out to play.

So far,

Far above you,

Shining out so very clearly.

And as you look up,

Freddy helps you spot the twinkling and glittering planets of the whole solar system.

He even points out a secret constellation in the starry shape of a fox.

Because that beautiful silver crescent moon appears so much,

Much closer now.

It's almost as if you could be riding along on the moon.

As you feel you're moving closer to that shining,

Magical moon.

So softly towards the soft,

Comforting glow.

With all of its calming moonlight shining so much happiness and total kindness upon you.

You feel all of the moon's calmness and all of its warmth and kindness blessing you and protecting you in all special ways.

And you realise Dreamland is moving you through this easy bedtime of the calmest,

Sleepiest moonlit skies.

This mystical and magical sleep moves you more and more.

Always towards one big flying land of peaceful,

Calming,

Relaxing,

Soothing rest.

And you feel so happy again to be here with your night time's best friend.

As you and Freddy both peer out over the edges of Dreamland.

Lying down on your bellies,

You're holding on to soft tufts of cloudy puffs.

And you're gazing down over all of the sleeping,

Resting,

Peaceful world.

As the whole entire world falls asleep below.

And everything looks so very,

Very peaceful there.

And so very,

Very calm and asleep.

And you feel so safe and so loved to share this secret view.

As you know you can join Freddy to see the soft glowing lights of the cities.

And the sleepy towns fast asleep every calm night that you choose.

And you might even spot your home if you find it to show Freddy the Fox where you live.

So he also sees your special homely burrow too.

So safe to be exploring happily with your friend.
