If you feel stuck, if you have tried many things but nothing works then this is for you. In this video I am explaining the neuroscience why we are never stuck and what needs to change for our brain and nerbous system to rewire.

You are not stuck.

And here's the neuroscience why.

Our perception of reality and everything that we think is reality is a construct.

A construct that is created by the brain.

Through various information that are coming in.

Not only our sensory information,

Things that we see or hear or feel or touch,

But also things like how we predict the future.

Our memories.

The state that we are currently in,

Whether we are in survival mode,

How our attention setting is in that moment.

There are various things that influence that creation of reality in that moment.

Often we think we're stuck.

We cannot get out of a situation and we have this in a narrative.

Of identity around being stuck.

Things just don't work,

Everything feels weird.

Hard and draining and overwhelming and the nervous system keeps trying to get out of survival mode and working hard in survival and that's just extremely exhausting.

But the truth is that every thought that we think and everything that we do always reinforces something.

So being stuck is not really something that we can be in the nervous system because the nervous system is adaptable.

There's some things called plasticity.

It means it always changes.

Something that we reinforce and the things that we think a lot,

The things that we do a lot.

Those connections in the brain and the nervous systems get reinforced.

What does that mean?

It means that we actually are not stuck.

We're just one thought away,

One behavior away from creating new pathways.

From creating new responses.

And from shifting and changing our perception of reality.

There are multiple practices that you can learn.

And there are many practices here on this channel and there will be more to come that will help you to get out of survival mode and teach your body how to scan for safety rather than for threat.

There are obviously also affirmations and other things that you can do about changing that perception,

About changing those beliefs.

But I think the most important thing for you to know is that you are not stuck because you are just one thought away.

One difference away for your brain to rewire differently because the brain and the nervous system,

They're constantly rewiring.

They're constantly changing.

There is no such thing as being stuck.

We're only stuck when we keep repeating our old patterns,

Our old thoughts,

Our own behavior.
