This is Guri.
This meditation is designed to help you focus on the feeling of love and being in love with yourself and your soulmate.
So use this as an experience of your present and the future.
Remember,
Where your focus goes,
Energy flows.
Find your most comfortable position and gently close your eyes.
First,
Become very relaxed and bring your awareness to the present.
Becoming aware of your environment,
Try to notice any sound you can hear.
Simply be with that sound without getting lost in the story.
Now bring your awareness to your body,
Quickly scanning your body from head to toe.
Keep on relaxing your body and allowing yourself to feel more grounded and present.
Now,
Shifting your awareness on your breath,
Noticing the air on your nostrils and spend more time to connect with your breath.
Now we'll do a short breath work to find more balance in your mind and body.
After your next exhale,
Inhale with me on 1 2 3 4 5,
Exhale 2 3 4 5,

Now coming back to your natural breathing cycle,
As you're feeling more present,
Now you will go through three stages.
First is when you're single and happy and then when you're dating and finally when you are in a relationship.
Now I'm going to give you a few questions that you can ask yourself.
Spend some time on each question and use the power of visualization for the maximum results.
These are the questions that I want you to ask yourself that reflect when you are by yourself.
Now ask yourself,
Why do I love myself?
You probably will come up with some reasons.
Just be open for that insight,
For that answer.
Why am I working on myself?
Why am I so excited to attract my partner,
My soulmate?
Why am I so happy and in love with myself?
Now ask yourself these questions as you are on a date.
Why do I feel so connected with this person?
Why are they so interesting?
What do I feel positive about this date?
Why am I getting so attractive?
Why does this person want to be with me?
Now ask yourself these questions,
Thinking you are or being in a relationship.
Why is my partner so loving and caring to me?
Why is a relationship growing stronger every day?
What is so special about this person?
What is the best thing about this relationship?
Now repeat these affirmations out loud or simply listen to my voice and let them sink in.
I am worthy of love.
I deserve love and respect.
The more I love myself,
The more attractive I become.
I am a masterpiece.
I am love.
I'm loved and I'm always deserving of love.
As you continue to find more and more reasons to be in love,
Being love and attracting love in your life,
Spend some time every day connecting with these lovey-dovey feelings.
You have done your part for today and now try to be open and receptive to give and receive love.
You can and you are creating your reality.
