Start by releasing all the pent-up energy by exhaling deeply from your mouth three times.
Now letting your breath flow naturally,
Try to find the location of your breath in your body.
You might find it in your belly,
In your chest,
Or coming in and going out through your nostrils.
Lightly holding on to your breath while you relax your body,
Letting the gravity work for you.
You are safe here.
Now bringing your awareness on your breath,
With every inhale imagine that you are breathing in love,
Self-acceptance,
And compassion.
Feel this warm and radiant energy filling your entire being,
Nourishing every cell in your body.
As you exhale,
Release any tightness,
Self-doubt,
Or any thoughts that may be lingering within you.
Now bring your awareness on your heart center,
The area in the middle of your chest.
Visualize a soft and gentle light in the form of an orb glowing within your heart.
It is growing brighter with each breath.
This light represents your inner essence,
Your true self,
And the wellspring of love that resides within you.
As this light is growing and spreading all over your body,
I ask you to allow yourself to be,
To be your authentic self,
To be you.
Not the way people want you to be,
But how you want to be you.
There's no correct way of being you,
Because there is no comparison to make.
You are one of a kind,
A beautiful being.
So breathe and connect with this being.
Now being unapologetically you,
Repeat the following affirmations to yourself.
Feel that you are this person and allow them to resonate deeply within your being.
I accept myself and I allow myself to be me.
I forgive myself for any mistakes or shortcomings,
Knowing that I'm always growing and evolving.
I am enough just as I am and my worthiness is not dependent on external validation.
I allow myself to radiate my energy.
I embrace all my strengths and imperfections.
As you repeat these affirmations,
Imagine the light within your heart expanding and radiating throughout your entire body.
Feel the warmth and love flowing within you,
Nourishing every part of your being.
Now take a moment to bring something that you genuinely appreciate about yourself.
It can be a quality,
An accomplishment,
Or simply the fact that you're here,
Showing up for yourself in this moment.
Embrace this appreciation and let it fill your heart with gratitude.
Allow yourself to feel this feeling of love and appreciation for a few more breaths.
Embrace the idea that you are worthy of love,
