This meditation is specially designed for busy days or when you just need a quick pick-me-up meditation. In this meditation, I am guiding you using my method called the Triangle Awareness Method which will take you through 3 stages helping you become more present and grounded. After every 60 seconds, you will transition to the next stage. In a way, you are making a triangle (that's why the name).
