Welcome to meditation session 26.
Before we start let's do our preparations.
Find a position that supports your body and allow your mind to relax.
See if there is any more corrections you can do to your position.
Then let your body come to a rest.
Then say to yourself your intention with this meditation.

Take a deep breath in.
Let go of everything else.
Breathe out and relax.
Into a nice and relaxed state.
Connecting back to your experience.
Connecting to your body.
Coming back to your connection with your body.
Feeling your breath.
Allowing your body to become heavy and relaxed.
Connecting back to your mind.
Being aware of any thoughts.
And also being aware of any emotions or feelings that might be in your experience.
Just allowing them to be seeing and observing whilst they are all here.
Where is your mind now?
What is present for you here in this moment?
And be gentle with yourself.
Remember to look from a non-judgment,
Observing.
No labelling as good or bad,
Just observing with a loving acceptance.
Staying with your experience.
Allowing your emotions to evolve and your feelings to evolve.
Allowing your thoughts to drift by and letting them go more quickly.
No resistance.
And no holding on to.
Just building awareness,
Allowing your consciousness to be fully here and experience the moment fully.
And if you want to,
You can land in your heart.
And letting your heart open and spread out love in your whole body and in your experience.
Breathing love and breathing awareness into your experience.
Just filling up yourself with this loving feeling.
And let it spread all over your body,
All over your mind.
And let it clean you and heal you.
And you can just be in this experience of awareness.
