Welcome to meditation practice.

Before we start,

Let's do our preparations.

Find a position that supports your body and allow your mind to relax.

See if there is any more corrections you can do to your position.

Then let your body come to a rest.

Then say to yourself your intention with this meditation.

Very good.

Then we are ready.

Take a deep breath in,

Let go of everything else,

Breathe out and relax into a nice and relaxed state.

You are now taking this break of meditation in your day.

You have chosen to take a moment to just be,

Allowing yourself to pause all thoughts about the past.

There is no pressure,

No need to figure anything out.

You have allowed yourself to just take this time to come back to balance.

What are you noticing in this moment?

Maybe some sensations in the body,

The sounds of this meditation.

Maybe some emotion,

The breath gently moving your body.

Maybe you can notice the flavor of the presence.

How is it to experience presence?

To experience that something is experiencing this moment.

Experiencing that you are experiencing this moment and what is the flavor of that consciousness.

You can enjoy this moment of your meditation just as much as you want to enjoy.

Relaxing with what is,

Creating a break in your doing,

Reconnecting back to your consciousness,

To your presence and allowing your focus to land in this moment again.

Relaxing,

Recharging,

Cleansing and refreshing all of your body and all of your mind in this moment.

Gently,

Gently,

Begin to come back again.

As you slowly come back more and more,

Be aware of the sensations in your body.

How does it feel to be here and now?

Before you rejoin your day,

Take a few deep breaths and fill yourself up with gratitude and thankfulness for that you have taken this time to recharge and energize yourself.

When you are energized and refreshed,

This gives positive vibrations to your relationships and to your life.

And now come back and be aware of your surroundings again and get ready to continue your day refreshed,

Focused and relaxed.
