Welcome to meditation practice.
Before we start,
Let's do our preparations.
Find a position that supports your body and allow your mind to relax.
See if there is any more corrections you can do to your position.
Then let your body come to a rest.
Then say to yourself your intention with this meditation.
Very good.
Then we are ready.
Take a deep breath in.
Let go of everything else.
Breathe out and relax into a nice and relaxed state.
Now we are doing meditation and that means that you don't need to plan anything during this time.
You don't need to remember anything specific.
You don't even have to finish the thoughts that come to you.
You are just allowed to come back to resting in quiet stillness.
During this time of meditation,
You don't need to achieve anything.
Just allowing yourself to rest in this moment.
Being here with your body in this moment and allowing your mind to let go of all unnecessary struggle.
Letting all that struggling thoughts that felt so solid become like smoke,
Dissolving into thin air.
You can see clearly the peacefulness of this moment.
Deep breaths is carrying you home to the place inside yourself that is home.
This restful awareness surrounding your full experience,
Filling you up with light,
Allowing this presence carrying your experience,
Seeing your thoughts coming and going,
Seeing your emotions coming and going.
Simply being with you,
Shining out with the light on your experience,
Just being here,
Gently,
Begin to come back again.
As you slowly come back more and more,
Be aware of the sensations in your body.
How does it feel to be here and now?
Before you rejoin your day,
Take a few deep breaths and fill yourself up with gratitude and thankfulness for that you have taken this time to recharge and energize yourself.
When you are energized and refreshed,
This gives positive vibrations to your relationships and to your life.
And now come back and be aware of your surroundings again and get ready to continue your day refreshed,
Focused and relaxed.
