In this meditation, we come back to the basic practice of mindfulness. We focus on allowing oursevles to let go of the mind chatter but we use no force. Simply watching and allowing our mind to come to stillness. Slightly increasing the silence between the thoughts every time we come back to presence. In this meditation, there will be slightly more silent pauses than usual meditations on the channel. Feel free to sit or lay down, keeping a straight back if possible.

Welcome to meditation session 27.

Before we start let's do our preparations.

Find a position that supports your body and allow your mind to relax.

See if there is any more corrections you can do to your position.

Then let your body come to a rest.

Then say to yourself your intention with this meditation.

Very good.

Then we are ready.

Take a deep breath in.

Let go of everything else.

Breathe out and relax.

Into a nice and relaxed state.

Now you can relax.

Sinking down into a nice and relaxed presence.

Just tuning into your own experience of being here.

Allowing your presence and focus to come to this moment and this place.

As you are allowing your presence to center you can feel your body.

Experience this moment.

The relaxation.

Allowing yourself to just be here.

Feeling every breath.

Allowing yourself to just be here.

Exploring what thoughts might be in your mind.

No need to think them to the end.

Just allow your focus to come back to your body.

Feeling the calmness of the moment.

No need to think them to the end.

No need to think them to the end.

Come back to awareness of this moment.

Observing the silence.

Reconnecting back to your presence.

Experiencing your state.

Experiencing your emotions.

Experiencing your body and your mind.

Not letting your presence take space.

No need to think them to the end.

No need to think them to the end.

Being with the moment.

Being with the moment.

Being with your mind and with your body.

And allowing yourself to observe without no doing.

Resting and recharging your focus.

Allowing the silence to take the space.

And more and more.

And more and more.

And more and more.

And more and more.

And more and more.

And more and more.

And more and more.

And more and more.

And more and more.

Gently and gently.

Begin to come back again.

As you slowly come back more and more,

Be aware of the sensations in your body.

How does it feel to be here and now?

Before you rejoin your day,

Take a few deep breaths and fill yourself up with gratitude and thankfulness.

For that you have taken this time to recharge and energize yourself.

When you are energized and refreshed,

This gives positive vibrations to your relationships and to your life.

And now come back and be aware of your surroundings again and get ready to continue your day refreshed,

Focused and relaxed.
