Today you will be guided to come back to the present moment by observing the sensations of your body. You will then be invited to find a pleasant place in your body and let this pleasant feeling spread. We focus on relaxing with our body in our presence and gently directing ourselves back to being the loving awareness smiling upon our experience. As this is a relaxing meditation feel free to lay down or choose any position that will be comfortable for the full length of the meditation.
