Welcome to meditation session number six.
Before we start,
Let's do our preparations.
Find a position that supports your body and allow your mind to relax.

Then say to yourself your intention with this meditation.

Now I allow myself to set out the world aside and use this time for gaining focus,
Clarity and recharging.
Now I am doing meditation.

Take a deep breath in.
Let go of everything else.
Breathe out and relax.
Into a nice and relaxed state.
And allow your mind to settle down.
Allow yourself to let go of the events of the day so far.
And allowing yourself to just be here and now in this moment.
Letting your thoughts take a break.
Welcoming silence.
You can observe what's in the silence.
When the thoughts go away,
What is here now?
Maybe sensations in your skin.
The sensation of sitting or laying down.
Maybe feeling the temperature of the air.
There might be some more sounds or just the sounds of this meditation.
There might be some sensations of your breathing.
How are you?
Then put your attention on your heart.
And feel your heart.
And breathe into your heart.
And notice how it feels when you focus on your heart.
And just stay with this feeling.
There is a value in just being with your heart.
Giving yourself a little bit of space to feel.
