As you are allowing your body to relax,

Is there any thoughts that is still going through your mind?
Or is there still some body part I haven't yet relaxed?
Or do you maybe carry an emotion or mood?

And can you step out and become the observer surrounding this experience?

And see if you can become an observer without no judgement.
And if there is a judgement or reaction,
Just allow it to be.
And just become even bigger,
Observing this.

Take a few deep breaths and fill yourself up with gratitude and thankfulness.
