In today's meditation, we begin by embracing stillness, letting our thoughts settle and granting our body tranquility. As we journey deeper into meditation, we'll discover and amplify a pleasant emotion, allowing it to resonate throughout our being. Recognizing the inherent joy of simply being present in our bodies can be a powerful antidote to psychological distress. However, if you're experiencing significant physical discomfort today, this meditation might pose a challenge. In such cases, consider opting for a different meditation here today.

Welcome to meditation session 58.

Before we start let's do our preparations.

Find a position that supports your body and allow your mind to relax.

See if there is any more corrections you can do to your position.

Then let your body come to a rest.

Then say to yourself your intention with this meditation.

Very good.

Then we are ready.

Take a deep breath in.

Let go of everything else.

Breathe out and relax into a nice and relaxed state.

Now we are doing meditation and that means that you don't have to do anything more than just being and observing this moment.

Coming back to being the witness.

Observing the time as it passes.

Observing any sounds or any sensation in your body.

Observing any cognitive activity,

Any thoughts passing through your mind.

No need to identify yourself with any of these sensations or inputs to your consciousness,

To your witness.

Just allowing yourself to observe for a moment.

If there is still some thoughts we don't need to resist them.

Just allowing them to be,

But also not giving them any more energy.

No need to continue a thought.

Just allowing it to come to silence whenever it's ready.

Allowing ourselves to let go of everything.

Just being here.

And now back to silence.

Allowing your body to reset.

Coming into balance in this silence.

Then I want you to begin to look for an emotion or sensation that feels really good inside your body.

It might be a sensation,

A place in your body where it feels really good.

Or it might be an emotion somewhere.

Joyful emotion,

Some love.

Maybe just gratefulness for being here and doing meditation.

And when you find this good feeling inside of yourself,

Just allow yourself to stay with this emotion.

Allow yourself to just feel this emotion.

Just focus on this emotion.

And as you breathe in,

You allow this emotion to grow.

Become bigger.

Allowing it to spread out in your body.

Become stronger.

Allow you to feel good.

It's good for you to feel this good emotion.

Allowing it to spread to more places in you.

Being in the focus of your presence.

Breathing it.

Breathing the emotion.

Allowing it to spread.

Enjoy it.

Savoring of this good emotion.

You can continue to enjoy this emotion.

Or just let go into silence.

Recharging your mind and your body.

Coming back to balance.

And enjoying this wonderful emotion.

Gently,

Gently begin to come back again.

As you slowly come back more and more,

Be aware of the sensations in your body.

How does it feel to be here and now?

And before you rejoin your day,

Take a few deep breaths.

And fill yourself up with gratitude and thankfulness.

For that you have taken this time to recharge and energize yourself.

When you are energized and refreshed,

This gives positive vibrations to your relationships and to your life.

Now come back and be aware of your surroundings again.

And get ready to continue your day refreshed,

Focused and relaxed.
