Welcome to meditation,
Session 54.
Before we start let's do our preparations.
Find a position that supports your body and allow your mind to relax.
See if there is any more corrections you can do to your position.
Then let your body come to a rest.
And say to yourself your intention with this meditation.
Very good.
Then we are ready.
Take a deep breath in.
Let go of everything else.
Breathe out and relax.
Getting to a nice and relaxed state.
And take another deep breath in.
And as you breathe out allow all your muscles in your body to relax.
And allow the gravity to have its pull against the ground.
Don't fight against the gravity.
Just allow your muscles to fall down into relaxment.
And every part of your body relaxing more and more.
And allow your legs and your feet,
Your stomach and your hips.
Allow your full back to relax,
Your torso and your throat and your neck.
And your full head and your face.
Allow the muscles in your face to relax and be calm.
Allow everything to fall down the earth.
As your muscles in your body relaxes allow your brain to relax.
Allowing the different parts in your brain to carry out their thoughts if they are doing so,
But slowly and slowly coming down to relax.
Allowing your breath to become deep.
Going into a relaxed pace.
Allowing every deep breath to carry in more relaxment.
Allowing every breath out to release any stress.
Your present mind being here with experience of you breathing,
Of the gravity against your muscles.
Reaching for state of deep relaxation.
Just being here and relaxing.
No need to do anything.
Just observing yourself.
When you are staying in this state for a little while in your day,
You allow your body to recover.
Both your body and your muscles,
Your nervous system and your brain gets a little break to recover and fill up with new energy so you can continue your day in a more present and relaxed,
Powerful state when you come back from this meditation.
And at the same time you can just enjoy this beautiful state of just being here.
And just enjoying being,
Not needing to do anything more than just observing yourself recovering by just being.
Gently,
Gently,
Begin to come back again.
As you slowly come back more and more,
Beware of the sensations in your body.
How does it feel to be here and now?
Before you rejoin your day,
Take a few deep breaths and fill yourself up with gratitude and thankfulness for that you have taken this time to recharge and energize yourself.
When you are energized and refreshed,
This gives positive vibrations to your relationships and to your life.
And now come back and be aware of your surroundings again and get ready to continue your day refreshed,
Focused and relaxed.
