Into a nice and relaxed state.
Let go of everything else.
Allowing your body to become still.
Allowing your presence to come into this moment.
Allowing this presence to fill you up.
No need to rush anywhere.
What we are reaching for in this meditation is right here already.
You can observe what comes up when you stay still for a moment and just sit in meditation.
Is there any thoughts coming?
Is there any emotion?
Just observe what comes into your experience.
And as you observe this experience,
Notice if there is any urge to change it into something else.
And then allow this part of yourself that wants to change the experience.
To be observed just as an experience.
The experience of wanting to change.
The core of you is already here.
Observing this experience.
Seeing this experience just as it is.
Just now.
Allowing your presence to come into this moment.
Allowing this presence to come into this moment.
Allowing this presence to come into this moment.
Allowing this presence to come into this moment.
For now it is okay that you feel just as you feel in this moment.
And for now it is okay that the thoughts are there if they are.
You just staying here and looking from another judgement.
Observing witness.
Allowing this presence to come into this moment.
And as you allow the internal experience to play out itself with your witnessing from a loving place.
You can see that you come to peace on the inside.
Find back to land and to come into balance and awareness.
Find new resources to spend the rest of your day in a greater harmony and serenity.

Be aware of the sensations in your body.
How does it feel to be here and now?
Before you rejoin your day,
Take a few deep breaths and fill yourself up with gratitude and thankfulness.

When you are energized and refreshed,
This gives positive vibrations to your relationships and to your life.
And now come back and be aware of your surroundings again and get ready to continue your day refreshed,
