Welcome to meditation practice.
Before we start,
Let's do our preparations.
Find a position that supports your body and allow your mind to relax.
See if there is any more corrections you can do to your position.
Then let your body come to a rest.
Then say to yourself your intention with this meditation.
Very good.
Then we are ready.
Take a deep breath in.
Let go of everything else.
Breathe out and relax into a nice and relaxed state.
Just coming into your position,
Nothing we start doing,
We just simply stop for a moment and allowing the presence to start to surround our experience.
With no hurry,
Just allow this presence to be here with whatever is here,
Whatever experience you're having in this moment.
And if you ever find yourself that you lost this presence,
Just come back again,
Observing this moment.
Sometimes it can be a lot of thoughts passing through you.
And sometimes it can be more calm.
There is no need to stop any thoughts,
No need to put any effort,
Just allowing the presence to be here.
It's not your task to stop anything.
Your task is just to observe,
Just be here,
Seeing the flow.
No need to identify with any of that now.
In this moment you can just become the observer,
Seeing it all as a movie,
Seeing it all coming and going as you just stay in this moment,
Observing.
And sometimes your body can start to relax as your mind starts to relax,
As you start to find a little bit more space,
A little bit more balance,
To come back to this beautiful focus that can fill you up with new energy and relaxation,
Freeing so much of your potential.
And the only thing you need to do in this moment is to enjoy this peaceful relaxation.
Gently,
Gently begin to come back again.
As you slowly come back more and more,
Be aware of the sensations in your body.
How does it feel to be here and now?
Before you rejoin your day,
Take a few deep breaths and fill yourself up with gratitude and thankfulness for that you have taken this time to recharge and energize yourself.
When you are energized and refreshed,
This gives positive vibrations to your relationships and to your life.
And now come back and be aware of your surroundings again and get ready to continue your day refreshed,
Focused and relaxed.
