Mama, do you miss having mindful moments to yourself? Do you often feel disconnected from your body and mind? Do you use the time when feeding your baby to browse your phone? Before you start, please choose a comfortable position that supports both you and your baby, either seated or lying down - no matter if you're breast- or bottle feeding. You can practice this meditation as often as you want.

I didn’t think there was a specific meditation for this moment. Breastfeeding was so hard for me the first months, and now at almost 24 months in, I look back and feel like I accomplished something important and I enjoy it so much
