Your daily moment to pause,

Reflect and return to yourself.

Consistency is where real change begins.

Enjoy today's session.

Hi my friend,

My name is Aileen Rose Miles and today we're practicing a short nervous system reset.

This practice includes a couple breathing techniques to help you remember that you are a safe place to land and no matter what is going on in your life,

You can drop into your heart and feel ease and peace in this moment.

If it feels right to you,

Close your eyes gently and right away place a hand or two over your heart.

Breathe in deeply.

As you exhale,

Drop your awareness into your heart.

Begin to really land into your heart.

Breathe in slowly.

Hold the breath.

Inhale a little more.

Inhale deeply.

Let it go.

So often we can get stuck in the waiting.

Waiting for this challenge to be over.

Waiting for the season that you're in to be gone.

Waiting for the weekend,

The vacation.

There is so much waiting for you right here in the present moment.

The feelings of relief,

Joy,

Calm are not somewhere in the future,

They're right here within.

Feel the steadiness of your heart.

Breathe in slowly and on your exhale make a shhhhhhh sound.

Inhale deeply,

Exhale shhhhhhh.

Allow this to soothe your soul.

Inhale deeply,

Exhale shhhhhhh.

Notice how you feel now in this moment.

Feel the shift in your energy,

Your nervous system.

Maybe feeling a little bit lighter present.

What if all that you are waiting for is right here?

And may you remember you are a safe place to land.

Take your sweet time coming back into your space.

Take one more final breath in,

Big exhale,

Shhhhhhh.
