Hello,
This is Adriana from Awakening Goddess.
Today I have a short meditation to help you get connected to your body and grounded to the present moment.
Start by taking a deep breath through the nose.
Exhale softly through the mouth.
One more just like that.
Deep breath in.
Start to invite a full body scan starting at the bottom of your feet,
Just noticing how it feels.
Now start scanning through your legs.
Exhale through your belly.
Inhale,
Rising all the way to the chest.
Exhaling through the throat.
Exhaling all the way down through the entire body,
All the way down to your feet.
Just noticing how everything is feeling today and in this very moment.
Bring your awareness to your eyes and notice what you can see behind shut eyes.
Bring your awareness to your ears and notice what you can hear.
Bring your awareness to your lips,
To your mouth and notice what you can taste.
And then taking a deep breath,
Notice what you can smell.
One more deep breath in.
Softly blinking your eyes open,
Feeling connected,
Aware and alive.
