Well,

Hello my friend.

This is Adriana from Awakening Goddess and today I want to invite you into a guided visualization that will help you connect with Mother Earth.

Today we'll journey into the embrace of Pachamama.

She is the goddess of the earth.

She is the one that holds all source of life fertility in abundance.

She's a powerful and revered deity that just brings you nurture.

She is the cosmic mother of all.

So allow yourself to find a comfort place.

Maybe even go outside and sit in the grass or by the trees.

Wherever it feels that you can be comfy.

Once you find that place just allow yourself to close your eyes or soften the gaze and give yourself permission to surrender to fully arrive here into this moment.

I want to invite you to take a long deep intentional breath.

I will fill your lungs with the life force.

Softly let it go.

Let yourself be soft.

Do more just like that.

Inhaling deeply through the nose.

Exhaling part your lips and let the air just softly blow away any tension,

Any discomfort.

One more breath deeply through the nose.

Exhale and dissolve into the present moment.

By beating just you,

Yourself and my voice carrying into this journey.

Now I want to invite you to imagine yourself in your favorite place that allows you to connect with nature in every sense of the way.

Maybe this place is exactly where you are now or maybe you picture the mountains,

A lake,

A forest,

The ocean.

Whatever you find yourself.

I want you to feel supported and safe.

I want you to feel at ease.

As you sit here you start to feel the nice cool breeze on your skin.

Maybe a soft ray of sunshine coming through the trees or through the clouds just illuminating the space.

You feel grounded,

You feel connected,

You feel right at home.

You start to take in all the colors.

Maybe the different shades of green and blue and brown,

Color of the wood,

The sand.

Just take in all the nature and the creation that's around you.

How perfect every little shape is in its own imperfect way.

Nature doesn't make any mistakes.

Everything has a purpose and a reason.

Maybe now you see a butterfly passing by,

Fluttering its wings,

Flying away into the sky.

It reminds you of the beauty,

The magnificence of what you are experiencing right now.

Allow every single one of your senses to feel the vibrant energy of her spirit.

Now you notice that you are attuned into her presence.

She is everywhere.

She is in all the colors,

All the leaves,

All the texture.

She is in the grass,

In the smell,

In the sound of the birds that are singing around you.

All of her gifts,

The mountains,

The forests,

The rivers,

All living things,

Living together harmoniously,

Creating a magnificent symbol of life,

A symphony that you are here to witness and embody.

With deep reverence and appreciation,

You fill your heart with the sense of gratitude for Pachamama for allowing you to be part of the sacred journey of creation and expansion.

You are the co-creator of this universe,

A part of all that you see.

Feel her presence enveloping you as a hug from the earth,

As a kiss from the soft air.

Just let yourself permission to feel her love and acceptance.

And in the distance,

You start to see a path.

There are some beautiful tall trees or lush vegetation,

Maybe palm trees if you're on the beach.

Pachamama is standing there,

Inviting you to walk towards her,

Inviting you to follow her into a sacred space.

As you step into this path,

You notice a sense of tranquility and peace that's washing over you.

There's a sense of softening that is radiating from your being,

Merging into the landscape.

That's one.

As you walk on this path,

You come into a pond with a waterfall in the distance.

You look into the reflection.

There's a brilliance of the sun that makes every little drop of water feel like sparkles in the sky.

Pachamama leads you to the edge of the pond and invites you to sit by her side,

Maybe even dipping your toes into the clear beautiful water.

Take a moment to observe the natural flow of the water as it sustains life,

As it sustains you with your movement and your ripples,

The vitality of yourself and all that you are.

Pachamama encourages you to place your hands in the water and pour some of this water on your face to wash away all the worries,

All anxiety,

All of the things that no longer serves and are weighing heavily in your heart.

To make space for the abundance,

The gratitude and the nurture that she provides.

You remember with your next breath that she gives you life,

Gives you food that nourishes your physical body.

Her beauty is the warmth that ignites your spirit.

As you share your gratitude,

You feel this profound connection to all that's around you,

To the earth,

To all living beings.

Because you recognize,

You remember,

That you are part of this web of life and Pachamama's love will always be here to nurture your soul.

Pachamama sends you healing and loving energy every single day.

She reminds you with every sunrise and every sunset that her heart and your heart are beating together.

That there's love,

Unity and connection that spreads throughout the planet nourishing and rejuvenating all the things.

And that we too are part of this constant cycle.

That we go through the seasons,

That we adjust and adapt just as nature does.

She reminds us that our bond grows stronger every year with every breath that we take.

That you have the wisdom of all that she is embedded within yourself.

You with all the elements,

Your own fire,

Your own inner water,

The air that you breathe,

The space that you stepped on,

That you occupy,

The earth,

Your body,

Your own little temple.

So take a few moments here to feel your own inner wisdom.

To come back to that harmonious space within yourself where you honor the interconnectedness of all that is.

A place within you where you remember who you are.

This place where you know that the earth goddess is by your side.

And standing here a few more moments just allowing yourself to bask in her presence.

This loving,

Kind energy.

Knowing that this is a space that's not only around you,

It's not just in the landscape that you see but that Pachamama lives within you.

In the foods that you consume,

In the air that you breathe,

In all that you see.

She's here holding you,

Accompanying you on this journey,

Supporting every single step that you take.

So breathe,

My friend.

Live.

Live and honor her every single day.

Know that this is a place that you can return to any time.

That she is in every plant,

In every insect,

In every plant,

In every butterfly that passes you by.

That she is you.

When you feel ready,

You start to come back into the temple of your soul.

And start to feel the heartbeat that sings inside your chest.

And start to feel the warmth of your skin.

Slowly inviting little movements to reawaken your body,

Your muscles.

May you remember to carry the wisdom and love that you receive from this goddess.

May you remember to honor her in your daily life by taking mindful actions to protect and care for the earth and for all of us.

We are one and we are in this together,

My friend.

From my heart to yours,

May Pachamama loves you today and forever.

Namaste.
