Take this time to reset and check in with your mental, physical and energetic bodies. Fall into the flow of your breath for a quick mid-day relaxation. Leave your day behind you as you settle into yourself and all you are. You are deserving of a break, you are deserving of rest, you are deserve of being.

Hi,

Friends,

Come and join me for a little midday reset,

Taking your mind off the day thus far,

Releasing any worries of the rest of the day,

And just thinking into the present moment.

Maybe your breath is hyper,

Just bring your awareness to it,

Not forcing it in any direction,

Just letting it be as you observe your body as it's presented to you,

Flowing with your inhales and your exhales,

Keep letting it go,

And maybe observing where your mind is at,

Not trying to quiet the mind,

Rather observing,

Being a witness to your thoughts,

Welcoming them with open arms and with grace,

Choosing to receive them openly and honestly,

Releasing any shame or guilt,

Any judgment around what passes through your mind,

Using this time to simply check in with yourself.

Now flowing from your mind,

Simply observing the energy that you're feeling within,

Maybe it's very excited,

Maybe a little overwhelmed,

Maybe a little dull,

Or maybe you're feeling great.

Either way,

I invite you to sit with that,

Simply checking in,

Seeing your body,

Your energetic body as it comes,

Sitting with yourself as you are,

Taking the next few moments to be.

Our days are often filled with doing,

Being productive,

Getting things done,

But for the next few moments,

All you have to do is be.

You can let go of any worries,

Any tension or tightness that you're holding on to physically,

Mentally,

Emotionally,

You're safe here.

You can let it go,

Finding safety in your breath,

Naturally flowing with the rise,

The pause and the fall of your breath,

Finding comfort in knowing that right here and right now,

You don't have to change a thing.

You don't have to alter any piece of you.

You are safe as you are and secure as you come.

As we wrap up this practice,

You can maybe just put your hands on your heart if that feels good for you,

Reminding yourself that you are here for you.

Throughout the rest of the day,

You will be your own friend,

Acknowledging that your breath will guide you.

You are safe within your body,

Safe within your mind.

And I wish you a beautiful,

Blissful and peaceful rest of your day.
