Expanding your reality,

Manifesting and viewing your divine you.

Have you heard of Edgar Cayce,

The sleeping prophet?

Edgar Cayce found that when the cadence of words was slowed down,

The brain could travel in time.

Today you will travel five years from now to see your future you.

I'm going to ask you to get extremely comfortable.

Lay down with blankets,

Feel your head being supported,

Your back being supported,

And take the opportunity to get yourself a pen and a paper for you're about to go on a journey,

A journey five years from now.

When you're ready,

We'll begin.

Relax.

Listen to your breath.

Dive down into your body.

Let go of any aches and pains,

Any worries.

Relax your mind.

Close your eyes.

With eyes closed,

Look to the left.

Look to the right.

Look up and look down.

Now breathe.

Relax your shoulders,

Your chest,

Your heart,

Your tongue,

Your ears,

Your cheekbones,

Your hands,

Your feet,

Your back,

And breathe.

You are about to embark upon a journey,

A journey in time,

A journey to your future.

This remote view is of your life,

A life that you helped to create.

Relax and deepen.

Come to the now.

Allow your body to float forward.

Come into this time.

It's five years in the future.

You are about to see a life you helped to create with every breath,

Every moment,

And every thought.

It's a Tuesday morning,

Five years from now.

Allow yourself to float forward.

You are safe,

Grounded,

And you will begin to feel in your imagination as if you're floating forward in time.

In your mind's eye,

You are floating forward five years from now.

It's a Tuesday morning.

Where are you?

What are you doing?

Who are you with?

How do you feel?

You will only see things that are useful,

Helpful,

And positive.

Feel yourself five years in the future.

You may wish to stand in front of a mirror to see your future self as if watching a movie.

Allow yourself to walk around your future life five years in the future.

Where are you living?

What does it look like?

Can you see outside?

What do you see?

Breathe in the images and hold these memories in your cellular knowing.

What do you do for work?

For fun?

Do you read?

What do you read?

Do you take vacations?

Are you helping people in your community?

Who are you helping?

How do you spend your days?

Who do you spend your days with?

Look around.

Walk around your daily life and allow the whispers of your future to assist you and inform you now.

How do you spend your nights and weekends?

What plans are upcoming?

What pictures have you taken in the past five years which will give you a glimpse into your future?

Imagine a photo album of the next five years in front of you.

Ask that the most important events are highlighted.

Sit with this photo album.

Who and what do you recognize?

Are there people in your life now in the photos?

Are there new people,

New places,

Animals,

Pets in the photos?

Breathe in your future memories.

Look around your life five years in the future.

How do you feel emotionally,

Physically,

Mentally,

Spiritually?

What activities bring you joy and peace?

What makes you happy five years from now?

In your mind,

Come back to your life today and consider a problem,

An issue,

Something you would like to fix or make better for your life.

Perhaps there is a decision you have been putting off or a goal you are aspiring to reach.

Whatever it is,

Ask your future self how you can achieve this dream or goal or overcome this obstacle.

Listen deeply with every cell,

Telepathically,

To your future self as they give you insight into this issue.

What new knowledge have you learned five years in the future that could help you today?

Allow your future self to send you messages about the new knowledge you have acquired.

Take one last look around your life five years into the future and see all you can see that is helpful,

Healing,

And empowering.

Breathe it all in now.

Allow it to sink into your cells.

Breathe.

Come back.

Come back to now,

This moment,

Today,

Where you began this journey.

When you're ready,

You can gently and slowly open your eyes and take your pad of paper and pen or pencil and jot down any notes that came to you during this meditation.

The more you practice this remote view of your life,

The more information you will achieve.
