Prana vidya is a process that allows the breath to have eyes to see. Long inhales and deep exhales, you will feel the energy of the universe in and around you. Feel the sparkle and shine after you complete this 29 minute practice . This helps to soften the heart and shapen the mind, awaken the flow of your knowing.

Transcript

Pranavidya.

Pranavidya is the opportunity to dissolve the physical body,

To open the rhythms of your divinity.

Find yourself in a comfortable lying down position.

It would be lovely if you could take off your shoes and socks and wear some comfortable clothing.

Try to have your head and neck relaxed,

Your arms and legs just relaxing.

Allow your back of your heels to touch the floor.

Allow yourself to have your arms out by your sides,

Three to five inches at least.

Inhale and exhale.

Perhaps take a deep sigh to rinse and release any worries or strain or stress in the physical body,

For you are about to journey into your vibratory body.

And Pranavidya allows your breath to have eyes to see the body and the extension and the waves of breath and the rise and fall of belly and breath.

Allow you to breathe into your auric field,

Three to six feet on all sides.

Let your eyes close gently.

Let your heart be open.

Let your belly and breath be soft.

Allow yourself to feel as if your breath is like the ocean tides,

Smooth,

Slow,

Rhythmic.

Allow your body and breath to rise and fall like ocean waves.

And you'll listen to my voice and the music behind my voice and allow it to take you on a journey,

A vibratory journey to dissolve the physical body,

All the stresses and strains,

Whatever you're holding on to emotionally,

Physically,

Mentally,

Spiritually,

To journey into a vibrant light,

Which is who you truly are.

Bring your attention and your mind's eye and your energy into your right nostril.

Breathe deeply in and out of your right nostril only.

Pay attention now in your mind's eye to your right arm,

Your right leg,

Your right eye,

Your right ear.

Breathe into the right side of the body.

As you inhale and exhale only out of your right nostril,

Just feel the flow of energy and just notice your right side of your body,

Your whole right side of the body,

Your right hand,

Your right fingers,

Your right wrist,

Your right forearm,

Your right elbow,

Your right shoulder,

Your right ribs,

Your right hip,

Your right leg,

Your right knee,

Your right lower leg,

Right top of the foot.

Are there any sensations on the right side of the body?

Any colors or textures here?

Just notice the ebb and flow of your breath,

The rise and fall of your belly.

Imagine that you're breathing from the very tippity top of your head on the right hand side all the way down like a wave,

Breathing down into your belly button and imagine breathing from your belly button to the top of your head and then the top of your head down to your feet.

Let the breath be long.

Let your heart be open.

And is there a symbol,

A word,

A series of words or an image that explains the right side of your body?

Don't judge it.

Just allow it to rise like a cloud in the sky of your mind.

Relax the whole right side of the body.

Now slowly and gently breathe into your left nostril,

Your left arm,

Your left rib cage,

Your left eye.

Slowly feel your awareness moving to the left side of the body,

The whole left side of the body and take a deep breath in your left nostril and out your left nostril.

Allow your body to breathe on the left side only,

Being aware of the vibrations of the left side,

Relaxing your left shoulder,

Left arm,

Left elbow,

Left wrist,

Left fingers,

Left palm of the hand,

The whole left side of the body from the armpits all the way down to your ankles and keep your breath moving on the left hand side.

Just noticing any textures that you feel on the left side of the body,

Breathing into your left eye,

Your left nasal cavity,

Your left ear,

Your left rib cage,

Your left lung,

Your left hip.

Just feel your breath elongating through the whole left side of the body like a river of light.

Allow the awareness and the breath,

The prana,

To allow you to see any insights on the left side of the body.

And you can release out your breath and now breathe through both nostrils,

Right nostril and left nostril,

Left nostril and right nostril,

Breathing into the throat,

Paying attention to the vibration of breath at the throat.

Breathe into your mouth.

Notice your teeth,

Your tongue,

Your lips,

The inside of your mouth.

Just notice if your mouth is alive with sensation.

Does your mouth taste sweeter?

Is there more saliva in your mouth?

And now breathe into your right eye and left eye,

Both eyes together.

With eyes closed,

Look to the right,

Look to the left,

Look up,

Look down and breathe.

Allow the systemic waves of your breath to create space,

Openness,

Acceptance,

A clearing.

Now bring your attention to your nose,

To the center of your chest,

To your belly button,

The tops of your knees and the tops of your feet.

Now imagine that there is a wave of light that comes down just in the front side of the body.

So be aware of the sensations,

The textures,

Any colors or words that you feel for the front side of the body.

Guided imagery helps us to see our wise beingness,

That beautiful,

Delicious orb of light that you always have been and are allowing yourself to feel in this moment.

Inhaling and exhaling,

Bring your attention to the backs of your heels,

The backs of your legs,

Your buttocks,

The back of your head.

Now bring all of your awareness to the back body,

The whole back body.

Feel your back body on the floor being held by the beautiful crystal core of Mother Earth that's far below you but is radiating light into your back body,

The beautiful muscles,

Your beautiful spine.

We sometimes forget about our back body.

Your back body has power,

Energy and intuitive intelligence as you surrender to your back body.

Is there an image,

A word,

A texture or a series of words that you feel as you drop into the back body?

I'm going to hold that as a cue to create vibratory awareness.

And if you're having trouble with a visual,

Think about something that would sustain your energy in this life.

If you don't already have an image,

Consider leaning into the sky,

A beautiful blue sky or leaning into a sequoia tree or feeling yourself standing on a mountain.

Surrender to this moment and breathe from the backs of your heels to your buttocks,

From your buttocks to your heels.

And now breathe from the back of your heels all the way up to the back of your neck and exhale from the back of your neck all the way down into your heels.

Surrender,

Allow and radiate your divine light that's within you.

And now bring your energy and your attention,

Your awareness into your third eye,

The space between the eyebrows,

The space between the eyebrows located near your forehead.

And if you're having trouble finding your third eye,

Imagine looking up with your right and your left eye right above your eyebrows energetically.

And that is the point of your third eye.

So breathing into your third eye,

Which holds your pineal gland,

The gland that brings light into your body.

You know that space when the sun hits your face or when you're in the shower and it brushes against your brow and you feel joy,

Energy,

Vibration.

The pineal gland is a pulsing gland behind the third eye,

Behind the forehead.

Imagine that you are standing in front of yourself,

A vibrational being of light.

Now imagine that you're slowly going to open a door that's located in your third eye behind your forehead.

And as you step forward,

This golden door of light opens.

And as it opens,

You walk through this door of light into yourself.

And as your energetic self walks into your physical self,

You feel joy.

It's as if it's a cave of light,

Your light,

Your joy.

And as you step through the door,

It closes.

And now you're standing inside your third eye,

A cave of light,

Filled with crystals.

You feel the pulsation.

And as you slowly start to walk down into this cave in your third eye,

You walk behind your eyes.

And as you do you start to feel light vibrating in your right eye,

Your left eye,

Your left eye,

And your right eye,

Cleansing and cleaning anything you've seen,

Read,

Said.

So allow your eyeballs to be filled with this beautiful crystal light.

And now instead of being physical as you're standing behind your forehead,

You become awareness itself.

So allow your energetic self to explore your physical self as if you're an orb of light just bouncing around inside of your head,

Just sending light and gratitude to your brain,

Your ears,

Your mouth,

Your muscles,

Your esophagus,

Your shoulders.

Just feel yourself diving down energetically through your organs,

Sending love to your heart,

Moving down into your stomach,

Thanking your stomach for digestion,

Moving down into your organs,

Your lungs for breathing,

Your kidneys and adrenals for helping with waste and elimination and vitality,

Your reproductive organs.

And then as you slowly start to expand,

Just imagine that you're traveling through the fluids in your body,

Your blood and plasma,

Your veins,

Your arteries.

Just imagine like a pinball machine that you're bouncing around inside of your body,

Thanking each energetic cell,

Sending your light and your intention to all of it.

And as you're here,

Notice if there's anything that arises.

What does the inside of your body feel like?

Look like take it all in and exhale and slowly walk out of your third eye and allow yourself to come back to now and breathe.

Breathe down the whole right side,

The whole left side,

The whole front side and backside.

And now imagine that someone comes with a gold marker,

A guide,

A spiritual master and starts to draw a beautiful gold or silver circle around your body,

Around your auric field,

Six feet around and then start to breathe.

Use your breath to fill up this space from your body all the way out to touch the edge of this circle that is gold or silver,

Six feet on all sides.

Breathe into your belly button.

Allow yourself to breathe.

The ancient yogis call this the Hara Chakra.

Your belly button,

Your navel remembers all lifetimes.

It's how you travel to this life.

So inhaling and exhaling into your solar plexus,

Your belly button or Hara Chakra and allow the waves of your light to ripple just like you're skimming a rock in a pond and the ripples just move out,

Vibrating into this layer,

This auric field,

Six feet away from the physical body on all sides.

And you're welcome here to hum to yourself if you'd like.

Start a little just to start to feel the vibration,

The waves of energy moving through your body and being.

And thinking about this energy,

This auric field,

The six feet on all sides,

This beautiful gold or silver marker of light around you.

Is there a word or sensation that's associated with this?

If you can find that,

Tuck it into your heart,

Radiating your light body,

Allowing yourself to be fueled by the energy of the universe and start to notice your breath.

Is your breath lighter and brighter?

Is it smoother?

Does your body feel heavy or light,

Spacious or filled with worry?

Is there anything in your body you'd like to move out?

A thought,

A feeling,

A sensation that no longer serves you.

Inhale and exhale with a birthday candle blowing breath.

Inhale and then slowly breathe out.

And then come back into your mind's eye and your body.

And we'll just ask for assistance from the elements here today.

So imagine that you start to feel a gentle rain around your body.

Feel this light,

Warm summer rain just sprinkling down on your body,

Rinsing anything you've been holding on to,

Known or unknown.

Take a few deep,

Long breaths here.

Now imagine the sun comes out and dries up this rain.

Start to feel your body becoming hot,

Warm,

Peaceful.

And the sun slowly retreats and then a warm breeze washes through your body.

Allow that warm breeze to wash through your body,

Breathing in and breathing out,

Letting go of anything you're holding on to,

Known or unknown.

Be aware of the 61 points of relaxation,

Bringing attention to the center of your forehead,

The base of your neck,

Your right shoulder,

Right elbow,

Right wrist,

Right thumb,

Right index finger,

Right middle finger,

Right ring finger,

Right little finger,

Right wrist,

Right elbow,

Right shoulder,

Base of the front of the neck,

Left shoulder,

Left elbow,

Left wrist,

Left thumb,

Left index finger,

Left middle finger,

Left ring finger,

Left little finger,

Left wrist,

Left elbow,

Left shoulder,

Base of the front of the neck.

Breathe.

Center of the chest,

Right chest,

Center of the chest,

Left of the chest,

Center of the chest,

Navel,

Pubic bone,

Right hip,

Right knee,

Right ankle,

Right big toe,

Right second toe,

Right third toe,

Right fourth toe,

Right little toe,

Right ankle,

Right knee,

Right hip,

Pubic bone,

Left hip,

Left knee,

Left ankle,

Left big toe,

Left second toe,

Left third toe,

Left fourth toe,

Left little toe,

Left ankle,

Left knee,

Left hip,

Pubic bone,

Navel,

Center of the chest,

Base of the front of the neck,

Center of the forehead.

And breathe.

Pay attention to what images,

Sensations,

Or sounds your body absorbed or released today.

And tuck those words,

Images into the pocket of your heart so that when you need a breath or relaxation,

You can call to mind one of those images to help you with systemic relaxation.
