In a world where we can may we be kind as we take the time to settle in to our meditation practice Feel free to shuffle feet hips shoulders rock the head side to side find that comfortable lying down position as we allow ourself to surrender and relax here as we allow ourself and understand the importance to resource and nourish our system and ourself first So start by guiding yourself in with your breath breath flowing in the breath flowing out And even here with this breath,
Can we slow it down?
Can we add a sense of gentleness to that breath?
Noticing the expansion of fullness and as we breathe out a sense of gentleness and surrendering and each breath out an invitation to Surrender and let go to allow your body and system to rest Let your body come in to rest and digest balancing out your system Let go of feet Let go of legs hips Spine Belly Chest shoulders arms and hands Relaxing neck and throat Relaxing head and jaw Softening cheeks softening temples All the tiny muscles surrounding the eyes as you exhale allowing yourself To completely let go and relax You yourself as much as anybody in the entire universe deserves your love and affection quote from Buddha So allow yourself to receive That love and affection as you allow yourself to Simply surrender and as we breathe Softening the breath.
Can we add that quality of love?
Affection kindness allowing that breath Imagining it's spreading across Your entire body with that quality of love affection and kindness the breath continually flowing Continually providing as you receive love kindness and affection As we go through our meditation Offering ourselves in the world these four lines May you be safe May you be happy May you be healthy May you live a life of ease as we set that intention to truly and Wish for true happiness for ourselves and others and everyone in the world today in our meditation Starting with your breath sending that loving kindness To every single cell in your body and being And you might visualize that as a form of light and a form of energy Flowing in as you breathe in Radiate as you breathe out and in that light and in that warmth or with that breath Repeat to yourself May I be safe May I be happy May I be healthy And may I live a life of ease Wishing that for yourself As you take a deep breath in and out Again that cultivation of loving kindness With breath with light with visuals of light with warmth,
Whatever it is that you resonate with Now thinking in your mind's eye of someone that you love I'm feeling love and affection towards them As you hold them in your mind's eye Repeat as you wish them May you be safe May you be happy May you be healthy And may you live a life of ease And as you take a deep breath in and out Cultivating that loving kindness and affection In the form of visual light breath warmth,
Whatever resonates with you Now in your mind's eye thinking someone neutral Someone that you don't really know,
But you've crossed pass with And again wishing them May you be safe May you be happy May you be healthy And may you live a life of ease And with your breath that loving kindness and affection With that same love that you have shared with someone that you love and someone neutral Sometimes it's quite hard to Give that love back to ourself receive that love So with that cultivation of loving kindness,
Can you Come back to yourself receive As you yourself Deserve that love and affection your love and affection to And repeat to yourself May I be safe May I be happy May I be healthy And may I live a life of ease And from a place of love from a place of being resource If it's within your practice today You may share that loving kindness out to the world With that same loving kindness and compassion Wishing them May you be safe And may you be happy May you be healthy And may you live a life of ease And sending those prayers And those wishes Out as far as you can reach Guided back to your breath Cultivating that loving kindness and affection in the form of light breath visuals of light warmth Start to feel that Energy flowing through your body Bringing yourself back with this cultivation of loving kindness You yourself as much as anybody in the entire universe Deserves your love and affection deepening your breath feeling energy Through your lungs as you deeply breathe in and out Feeling energy in your fingers and toes as you deeply breathe in and out And in your own time guiding yourself back in To your body to your breath to your day As you move feet hands,
