Throat Chakra Energy Healing

This Throat Chakra Energy Healing will help you release any blocks or stagnant energy surrounding your throat chakra as well as cut any cords connected to this energy centre. It's perfect if you are working on authenticity, speaking your truth and letting go of old patterns that don't serve you. It also includes an energy balancing of all your other chakras.

Hello and welcome to this Throat Chakra Healing Meditation.

This meditation is great if you want to cut any cords or clear any blockages around your throat chakra.

I will be performing the energy healing for you so you can relax,

You can be seated or laying down or be in the lotus position,

Whichever works for you.

Just allow yourself to relax and to receive this healing.

Now let's get started.

Choose your preferred position and then have your palms outstretched.

Rest them on your legs and your palms facing upwards.

Close your eyes if you feel safe to do so today,

Otherwise gaze on the floor in front of you.

And just go ahead and take a deep inhale and exhale.

Relax your shoulders and clench your jaw and find your center.

Go ahead now and focus on the place behind your eyes and between your ears,

The place that's at the center of your mind.

And then from here,

Take a staircase that goes deep,

Deep down into your heart.

Allow yourself to climb down this staircase all the way down.

And once you've reached your heart,

Notice how there's a chair in this room inside of your heart.

And go ahead and sit there.

In your mind's eye,

Take your favorite color paint and paint the walls inside of your heart.

Then take a marker and put your signature on each one of these walls.

And allow yourself to relax.

This is your safe space.

This is the space of your truth,

Of your authenticity.

This is the space where you can be yourself.

You can always be yourself,

Of course,

But this is where your true self resides,

At the center of your heart.

I will now start the healing for you.

So relax and enjoy.

First of all,

I'm going to create a grounding cord that goes from the bottom of your spine all the way to the center of the earth.

And I'm going to plug you into the crystal that's at the center of the earth.

And I'll be using this cord to just expel all of the stagnant energy from your body,

To flash it all the way down.

Until it reaches the crystal at the center of the earth and the energy gets completely purified and healed.

Move your attention now to the soles of your feet and see how you're pulling up earth energy from the soles of your feet.

Perhaps you're feeling a little bit of tingling,

Or maybe warm.

Maybe you don't feel anything.

It doesn't matter.

Some people,

It really depends on how sensitive you are to energy.

But regardless,

Just allow earth energy to enter from your feet.

And then let's pull it up towards your ankles,

Your calves,

Your knees,

And your thighs.

As you're pulling up this energy,

Notice how it's slowly pushing up all the stagnant energy from the lower half of your body.

Any black or white energy that is stagnant in your legs,

This earth energy is going to push it all the way up until it reaches between your hips,

Where the grounding cord is,

And then it flashes it down through it.

We're going to set this in a loop.

So for the duration of the cleansing,

Of this healing,

The bottom half of your body is being purified by earth energy,

And any stagnant energy you have here is going to be flashed down the grounding cord,

So you can feel completely light and purified.

Now we're going to move your attention to the top of your head,

And picture in your mind's eye how there's no ceiling above you,

There's no sky,

There is just cosmos.

And you're connected directly into the cosmos to source light.

And see how a beam of source light is coming down into you.

Filling up your crown chakra.

And once the crown chakra is filled all the way up to the top,

Allow source energy to spill out,

And let it flow down your body,

All the way to the back of your head,

Down behind your ears,

All the way down your neck,

All the way down your shoulders and your arms,

And then all the way down your chest,

Your torso,

And your belly.

And as this source energy comes down,

It pushes down any stagnant energy from the top of your body,

Pushing it all the way down until it reaches the grounding cord,

And it flashes down through it.

And once again,

We're going to set this on a continuous flow.

So for the duration of this healing,

You are receiving source healing,

Source energy from the top of your head,

Flowing down into the top half of your body,

And getting rid of any stagnant energy.

And again,

It is possible that you might feel some tingling,

Or some different warm or cold sensation in your body.

You don't have to,

But it is possible that you do.

Just allow yourself to experience this in the way that it's coming through for you.

Now I'm going to focus on clearing your throat chakra.

Go ahead and move your awareness to the center of your throat,

And sense what is happening there.

Sense if you feel a blockage.

Maybe you feel a cord coming out of it.

You know,

It's possible that when we're not saying the things that we want to say,

It's because we still have some old cords that are connecting us to people from the past that we didn't feel comfortable sharing our truth with,

That we didn't feel safe sharing our truth with.

So if you are sensing a cord,

We're going to go ahead and cut this now.

But I want you to feel empowered in this,

So I will be performing the healing,

But I want you to be the one who cuts this cord.

I want you to be the one who sets yourself free.

So if you do sense a cord there coming out of your throat chakra,

Go ahead and ask Source for help.

Ask Source to send you a pair of scissors,

Or a sword,

Or a knife.

Whatever it is that you can utilize to cut this cord.

Before we do the cord cutting,

Go ahead and sense who is it that's on the other side of this cord.

Who is this cord connecting you with?

Is it just one cord,

Or there's multiple ones?

Whatever it is that you're sensing is what you're meant to be seeing today.

Take a moment to just observe,

Feel what you feel,

Notice what you notice.

And now once you're ready,

I'm going to count you down from three.

And when I say cut,

I want you to use the tool that Source has provided you with and cut this cord.

So three,

Two,

One,

Cut.

Now take a deep inhale.

Notice now how the person connected to the other half of the cord just falls away.

They fall away,

All the way down,

Down,

Down,

Away from you.

They're floating away in the cosmos,

In the emptiness.

Now go ahead and send them good energy,

Send them love,

Send them forgiveness,

And tell them you don't need me anymore.

You can go.

You don't need to be attached to me anymore.

I release you.

I let you go.

I set you free.

And keep sending them out of your throat,

Out of your body,

Out of your energy field.

Keep sending them positive energy,

Love,

Setting them free,

And see how they become smaller and smaller and smaller until they completely disappear.

I'm now going to focus on the half of the cord that is attached to your throat.

And I'm going to heal that for you.

I'm going to take a purple healing flame,

And I am going to just burn this half of the cord for you.

See how it starts disappearing and it becomes dust and ashes.

So the cord is gone,

And I will do the full healing for you now.

I'm going to take a purple sticky rose,

And I'm going to utilize this to cleanse the energy and open up your throat chakra.

I'm taking this sticky rose,

And I'm going to insert it in your throat chakra,

And I'm starting to make circular movements.

It's going to feel like I'm candy floss,

But instead of the sugar being attached to the rose,

I am pulling all of the stagnant energy,

All of the gunk that is inside your throat.

As I move the rose,

All of the stagnant energy is getting glued on to the rose.

You might be feeling the circular movements that I'm doing.

That's okay.

You might be feeling some tingling.

You might be feeling some warm in your throat right now,

Or maybe you're not feeling anything.

Just receive there.

Be open to receive the healing.

It's going to work regardless.

Now we're feeling all this stagnant energy lifting up from the walls of your throat chakra as I make these circular movements,

And it gets glued to the rose.

I am going to pull out the rose,

Pull it out of your throat chakra,

And throw it three miles out of your auric field and explode it.

I'm now going to take another rose,

Another sticky rose,

And I'm going to use it to pick up all of the ashes of the cord as well.

I'm going to pick up all of the dust,

All of the cobwebs,

All of the stagnant energy,

The gunk,

Everything,

Everything,

Every residue.

I'm going to pull it up,

Take it all up in the rose,

And then I'm going to take the rose out of your throat chakra,

And I'm going to throw it three miles out of your auric field and explode it.

I am now going to make a blend,

A super energy blend,

Which is a mixture of earth and source energy.

I am going to fill up your throat chakra again with this healing blend,

And we're going to replenish your throat chakra.

We're going to heal it.

We're going to reactivate it.

We're going to open it in such a way that there's no barrier between you and your truth.

There is no holding back.

There is just saying what you want to say,

Leave how you want to live,

And being your most authentic self,

Because that's who you came here to be.

I am now filling up your throat chakra with this super energy,

All the way up to the top,

Until it's full.

Now receive the healing,

Take a deep inhale.

Before we go,

I'm just going to run this super energy through your whole chakra system,

And put some protection around you.

So I'm going to start from the root,

And I'm going to insert the super energy,

Cleanse the root chakra out,

Fill it up with the super energy and reactivate it.

I am then going to go up to the sacrum,

Fill it all the way up and reactivate it.

Going up to the solar plexus,

Fill it up and reactivate it.

Go up to the heart,

Fill it up and reactivate it.

I'm going to go again in the throat,

Make sure it's all reactivated,

All free,

All open.

And then bubble it up to your third eye,

Polish the third eye and reactivate it.

And then push the blend all the way up to the crown,

Fill your crown chakra up all the way to the top,

Reactivate it and let this energy fountain out of your crown chakra and rain back on you.

And as it rains back,

It's going to knock off anything that doesn't serve you from your auric field.

It's going to mend any rips or tears and automatically purify all the seven layers of your aura.

And then I'm going to put protection around you.

So I'm going to create a 10 feet tall rose,

Ground it into the earth and put it next to you.

We're going to put a picture of you on the flower and then multiply the rose 100 times around you for protection.

And then on top of the rose,

We're going to put a body of glass.

So you're protected from negative energy,

Psychic attacks or anything that doesn't serve you.

The body of glass is going to bounce back any negative energy that tries to get attached to you.

And then finally,

I'm going to create a golden sun on top of your head.

We're going to add a magnet with your name on and we're going to pull back all of your soul fragments back to you.

All of the energy that you have left anywhere,

We're going to call it back to you and replenish you completely.

And then we're going to add earth energy,

Source energy and unconditional love to this golden sun and anything else that you might need in the journey that you're on right now.

Maybe it's abundance,

Maybe it's healing,

Joy,

Love,

Expansion,

Whatever it is that you need,

Truth,

Authenticity.

We're going to add all these things into the golden sun,

Fill them all the way up to the top.

And once the golden sun is full,

We're going to crack it open on top of your head and allow this beautiful golden honey to shower all over you and for you to absorb this beautiful energy through your auric field,

Through your body and allow them to fill you up completely all the way to your core.

You're feeling reactivated,

You're feeling cleansed.

Take a deep inhale and once you're ready,

Start wiggling your toes again,

Maybe roll your shoulders,

Taking up a couple of deep breaths and when you're ready,

Open your eyes and come back in the room.
