This Earth Healing Meditation was created for every person who wants to connect to our beautiful planet and help raise the vibration globally. It doesn't matter where you are, whether you take this on your own or with other people, the intention is one of collective healing.

We start by raising our own vibration first and then we move our focus to our beautiful planet and help heal it through the elements of Air, Water, Earth and Fire.
