Hello my beautiful soul and welcome to this Earth Healing Meditation.
This meditation is to raise the vibration of the planet and raise your own vibration as well.
I hope you enjoy it.
Now sit comfortably.
Start by putting your hands on your knees,
Palms facing up.
Close your eyes if you feel safe to do so today,
Otherwise just gaze on the floor in front of you.
And let's start by taking three deep breaths.
And with each exhale I'd like you to let go of the worries of the everyday life.
Let go of everything that is keeping your mind busy.
Let go of all the overthinking and anxious thoughts if you have any.
Let the noise be out for these next few minutes.
And close the door behind that with the last exhale.
And be present in this moment.
Before we connect to the energy of the Earth to raise its vibration,
We're going to raise your own vibration first.
So I would like you to think of a moment of your life,
Pure joy.
A moment that you feel really,
Really blessed.
Whether it's a moment of big achievement,
Whether it's a place you visited.
Maybe it's an exchange with a person very dear to your heart.
Maybe it's a moment that you had by yourself.
Maybe it's a big moment,
Maybe it's a little one.
Whatever that moment of joy and bliss is for you,
I'd like you to bring it in now and connect to that moment.
And see as if you're experiencing that moment now.
So it's no longer a memory,
But you're living it again another time.
But this time you're observing everything.
You're taking in all the details.
You're taking in everything that was in the space around you in this moment.
Think of the people that you were with if you were with other people.
If you were alone,
Was there anyone else there?
And if there wasn't any other person,
What was around you?
And bring it all in to the picture.
What sounds did you hear?
What words did you hear?
Who or what did you interact with?
Was it an inner moment?
Or was it a moment of exchange with someone else?
Relive that moment as if it's happening now and feel the gratitude.
You're giving yourself a big gift.
You're giving yourself the gift of reliving this moment and really savoring it.
Remember the gratitude,
The blessing,
The joy,
The excitement,
The victory,
The awakening maybe that you have felt right at that moment.
And bring it all in.
And when you're really tuned in to that energy,
I want you to channel it towards your heart.
And bring it in to the center of your heart.
And as you do so,
You see the vibrations from your heartbeat expanding because they're full of this joy,
Of this love,
Of this gratitude,
This blessing because you're giving yourself the gift of reliving this moment once again.
And as you feel this vibration expanding from your heart,
Now feel them going out towards your arms and then expanding outside of your body towards your auric field.
And because these vibrations are of joy,
Love,
Gratitude and bliss,
As the vibration starts your auric field,
They heal it as well and they mend any rips and tears.
Enjoy this moment and feel your connection to your auric field.
Feel yourself starting to connect to the invisible but powerful energies around you.
The invisible energies are here to support you,
Raising your own vibration and raising the vibration of the planet during this meditation.
Now that you're vibrating higher,
I want you to keep your eyes closed and imagine feeling like this every single day on purpose.
Imagine how different your interactions with other people would be,
How much difference your own energy makes.
See how someone else's life is brighter now because they came into contact with you and see the knock-on effect of that.
See how powerful you are just by being yourself and making yourself happy on purpose.
Choosing you and choosing to raise your own vibration has the biggest impact in the world.
As we prepare to connect with Mother Earth,
Let's start tuning in to our body first.
Imagine a bright healing light,
Source light,
Coming from the sky and entering your body through your seventh chakra,
Through your crown chakra.
And see this healing light going down through your head,
Your neck,
Your shoulders,
Your back,
Your heart,
Your torso,
Down through your legs and down from the soles of your feet,
Down to the center of the earth.
And as source energy goes through you and reaches the center of the earth,
I want you to pull up earth energy.
Pull it up from the center of the earth through the soles of your feet and bring it up through your legs,
Your knees,
Your thighs,
Your torso,
Your back,
Your heart,
Your arms,
Your shoulders,
Your neck,
Your head,
And all the way up,
Out through your crown chakra.
And set this on a loop,
Bringing source energy in from the sky,
Letting it go through you down to the center of the earth and then pulling up earth energy and let it go up through your body and back towards the sky.
See the exchange of those energies healing your body,
Purifying it.
Feel the warmth of these energies.
Feel how welcoming,
How loving,
How nurturing this is.
Feel yourself healing head to toe.
All your fears,
Worries,
And doubts are dissolved by the light.
Now put your hands on your heart and feel your heartbeat.
Fill your heart with love and gratitude.
Fill it with joy and happiness.
You are enough.
Be grateful for your heartbeat.
While keeping your hands on your heart,
Focus on your whole body now and give it love and kindness.
Be grateful for all its functions.
Your body is a miracle.
There is no one else like you in the whole universe.
You are unique,
Beautiful,
Outstanding.
Feel the joy of being you.
Embrace who you are physically and spiritually.
As you keep feeling your heartbeat,
Start sensing the vibrations of your body now.
All the joy,
Love,
Gratitude,
Feel it expanding from you and connect again to your energy field.
There is a very powerful energy that you have created right now between you,
The energy field,
Source Energy,
And Mother Earth Energy.
Your heartbeat now is connected to a collective heartbeat.
Anyone taking this meditation will be connected to this energy.
And it doesn't matter if we're taking the meditation at different times.
We will all be united by one purpose,
One heartbeat,
Raising the vibration of our planet.
Sense the collective heartbeat now and stay connected to it.
And as you feel this deep connection,
Start visualizing our beautiful planet.
See the fields,
The mountains,
The animals,
The ice,
And feel the wind blowing on your face.
We are going to connect to the four elements now.
And while keeping our collective heartbeat strong,
We're keeping the connection through the healing light and the energy field,
We are going to purify the planet.
We're going to help it heal and restore harmony.
We're going to start with the element of air.
Feel the air.
Feel the wind blowing on your face.
As you stay connected to our collective heartbeat,
I want you to sense the places around the world where the air isn't so pure anymore.
Whether it's because of pollution,
Low vibrations,
Or dark energies,
It doesn't matter really.
Channel this collective heartbeat towards those places.
And as you channel it,
See the air becoming lighter,
More pure,
Cleaner.
As your heart beats full of joy,
Happiness,
Gratitude,
And unconditional love,
It reaches these places and you see the air changing.
And as the air changes,
So do the people.
They smile more,
They feel the warmth of the healing light.
Their own vibrations start rising too.
Send them love,
Send them joy,
Send them abundance.
And let your vibration reach them and heal them.
That's it.
Disconnect to the earth now,
To the mountains,
The fields,
The hills.
As you sense our collective heartbeat,
See and feel the vibration spreading through the ground beneath the surface of the earth.
From our collective heartbeat across the whole planet has a ripple effect.
Sense where there is resistance,
Where the vibrations are low.
And channel our powerful vibration towards those places.
As our heart beats full of joy,
Happiness,
Gratitude,
And unconditional love,
It reaches these places and you see the earth changing,
The soil changes.
And as it does,
So do the people.
See the healing light from beneath the earth.
Reach each person and heal them from the bottom of their feet all the way through their body and into the sky.
Let them receive your love,
Your joy,
Your happiness.
See them peaceful and becoming aware of their own power within.
That's it.
Let our collective heartbeat purify the water of this beautiful planet.
As you feel the vibration reaching the water,
The water goes up to the sky and comes back down as beautiful,
Sparkly,
Glittery rain.
Each raindrop carries healing light and as it pours down back to the ground,
You see cities being healed,
Diseases being cured.
People becoming aware of the fact that each person is in fact just a reflection of themselves.
That we are all one.
We are all connected.
See them looking at others with love and compassion now and see the light healing them through the rain and now fire.
Hold on to our collective heartbeat and let us channel fire.
See the flame growing from the middle,
From the core of our hearts and see it becoming bigger and bigger with each heartbeat.
Bring fire to your intention to heal the planet and as you do so,
See the fire burning the low vibrations and the dark energies.
See these energies being burned to ashes and as fire does so,
From the ashes we see new life being born.
With each beat of our heart,
The vibration of the planet rises.
See our beautiful earth being surrounded by a white healing light and see it heal.
See the stars being visible again from the big cities.
See the waters being purified,
Full of life and abundant.
Feel the pure air,
The steady ground and the presence of unconditional love all within you and as it happens within you,
It happens outside of you as well.
See yourself floating in the universe above the earth among the stars and the planets.
Good love down to earth.
Feel our collective heartbeat one more time.
