Glen Shields

Glen has taught yoga for over 6 years, offering a variety of styles from vinyasa, yin, restorative, meditation, pranayama. Whichever form of yoga, encouragement is always offered to take the practice as it suits you rather than you conforming to the practice. Glen is a proponent of a breath guided practice, using the breath as the teacher and as an incredible tool at our disposal to cultivate whatever our intentions are directed towards.
