Welcome to your guided meditation on releasing the old and bringing in the new.

So we're going to start today's practice in a comfortable seated position,

Allowing your spine to become nice and tall,

Letting your hands rest in your lap,

Or you can have them palms facing up on your legs.

And closing down your eyes when you're ready,

Taking a nice deep cleansing inhale through your nose and sighing it out through your mouth.

This time,

Taking the deepest breath you've taken all day,

Filling all the way up to the top.

And then as you sigh out,

Allowing your shoulders to fall away from your ears.

Just coming back to your normal breath,

Feeling the rise and fall of your chest.

Maybe just scanning your body,

Noticing if there's any areas that seem a little sticky or holding some tension.

See if you can start to relax those areas on your exhale.

And on your exhale,

Picturing that tension leaving your body.

You can picture it melting off your body into the chair and the earth beneath you.

Just allowing it to let go.

We'll go ahead and bring some healing white light down through the top of your head.

Also picturing this white light moving down from your crown and over your face,

Down your neck,

Relaxing,

Easing any tension or stress over your shoulders.

Moving down your chest into your heart,

Taking a deep inhale here.

And exhale,

Releasing.

Taking another deep inhale into your heart.

And then on your exhale,

Releasing any stuck emotions or feelings.

Just allowing them to float out in to the air.

As this light continues to travel down your body,

Down your torso and your spine,

Feeling a deep sense of peace,

A deep sense of safety and letting go.

Moving down into your hips,

Over the tops of your legs,

Loosening and relaxing any tense muscles,

Moving over your knees,

Wrapping around your calves,

And then moving all the way down into your feet and the tips of your toes.

Just feeling this light anchor you and ground you into this present moment.

Taking a deep breath,

Filling your entire body up with this healing light.

Finding yourself nice and relaxed,

Sinking deeper into relaxation.

Finding yourself in a setting,

Sitting around a bonfire on a beach.

The sun has just set.

You can hear the gentle sounds of the waves on the shore.

I'm just noticing what you're sitting on.

Maybe it's a log or maybe you're sitting directly on the sand.

Noticing the perfect temperature and the crackling and bright light coming from the fire in front of you.

As you look around,

You notice people you love sitting around the fire with you,

Those that support you and love you and are here to help you release anything that's no longer serving you.

So imagining you have a piece of paper in your hand that you've already written out,

Anything in your life that's holding you back from your truth,

Anything that's holding you back from reaching your highest potential,

Your highest state of being.

So noticing that you've written these down on this piece of paper and folded it up and you're ready to release it into the fire,

Releasing it back to the earth,

Back to the universe.

Seeing that support from the people around you as you walk towards the fire and then allowing yourself to let go of that paper into the fire,

Feeling a sense of lightness as you watch the flames engulf this paper,

Letting all of that go,

Knowing that you don't need to know how to do this.

It's as long as you set the intention that you would like to release anything that's no longer serving you.

And as you stand there around the fire,

Taking your hands to your heart,

Gently gazing up to the sky,

Thinking the universe and your spirit team and support,

Your team and the physical for supporting you and allowing you to release and calling in anything for your highest and greatest good to support you.

So noticing what comes to mind and allowing yourself to receive this into your body,

Whether it be calmness,

Abundance,

Love,

Allowing yourself to really feel in to what it would be like to be in that state.

Allowing these feelings to fill up your entire body.

Feeling that you are supported,

Trusting in your internal compass to help you guide the way.

Bringing yourself back to your body when you're ready,

Back to this present moment.

Allow that white light to just fill up your body one more time.

Feeling anything that's still holding on,

Letting it release,

Taking a few deep breaths here.

And opening your eyes when you're ready.
