Welcome to your guided meditation.
Today we're going to be taking a little journey to a beautiful crystal cave where you will be able to cleanse your energy so you can feel rebalanced and nourished for the day ahead.
So when you're ready,
Finding a comfortable seated position.
And you can also lie down for this meditation,
Seeing what will be best for you to drop into stillness.
Taking a few deep breaths here,
Inhaling through the nose for a count of four.
And exhaling out through the mouth for a count of four.
Doing that one more time.
Inhale.
And exhale,
Release out,
Empty your lungs all the way to the bottom.
Then just come back to your normal breathing rhythm.
Feeling the rise and fall of your chest.
Closing down your eyes.
You can take your hands,
Palms facing up on your legs or in your lap.
Your next inhale,
Allow your spine to grow nice and tall.
So creating space for the energy to move up and down your spine.
Open channel.
Starting to relax the muscles in the face,
Around the eyes,
The jaw.
Allowing the shoulders to sink further towards the ground.
Letting any heaviness in the chest begin to dissipate on the exhale.
So just feeling any tension or anything you're holding on to released on the exhale.
Feeling your body sink deeper.
Become heavier on the surface beneath you.
Feel your sit bones rooting into that surface.
Taking a few more breaths into the body here,
Allowing the mind to settle.
Allowing any thoughts to just gently pass as if watching a cloud in the sky.
Not attaching to them,
Just observing and then letting them go.
Coming back to the breath,
Back to the body.
I want you to take a moment to journey to the beach of your choosing.
Finding yourself there at the shore.
The sun is just about to set on the horizon.
Showing its final rays in the sky.
Creating a beautiful mix of colors.
The water is so calm.
As you begin to feel the grains of sand between your toes.
Starting to walk along the shore.
Noticing that this is your own private beach.
A sacred beach,
Just for you.
Feeling safe and at peace here.
And as you continue to slowly walk along the shore.
Allowing the gentle rhythm of the water to brush up against your toes and your ankles.
Just nourishing your system.
Grounding your energy into the present moment.
And the warm breeze brushing against your skin and your face.
And allowing it to take with it.
Any remaining feelings of tension or worry.
Allowing the wind to gently sweep it away.
As you continue to walk along this beach.
Noticing beautiful full moon starting to make its appearance in the sky.
The light from this luminous moon.
Dancing on the water.
Feeling this light just seep into your skin and your body.
Reconnecting you to your intuition.
To your emotions,
Your inner world.
And as you continue your journey down the beach.
Noticing the stars starting to appear in the sky.
Beautiful canopy of different points of light.
You notice towards the end of the beach.
A cave.
It's meant just for you.
You start to make your way down the path to the small cave.
Noticing the cool temperature of the rocks beneath your feet.
As you make your way to the opening of this cave.
Notice that it is a crystal cave.
The walls of the cave illuminated with beautiful crystal.
You can feel the healing energy as you walk into the cave.
Knowing that this is meant just for you.
Noticing what kind of crystal is there to support you today.
What are you needing support with?
Allowing these crystals to rebalance your vibration and energy as you walk further into this cave.
You notice up ahead in the cave a small hot spring.
A healing pool of water.
Up above this pool you notice a small sunlight.
Allowing the moon to gently reflect its light onto the water.
So feeling connected to the crystal,
To the earth,
And to the moon and the cosmos all at once.
You decide to walk towards this pool of water and dipping your toe in it.
Noticing that it is the perfect warm temperature.
Something is calling you to this water to decide to start to walk into the water.
And then allowing yourself to completely float in this pool.
The sacred temple made just for you.
And allowing the water to completely hold and support your body.
Feeling all your muscles completely relaxed and released into the water.
Any energetic cords attached to your body or energy field allowing this healing water to dissolve these cords.
And allowing the moonlight to shine upon your face through that small opening in the top of the cave.
Releasing with each exhale letting go.
Knowing you no longer need to hold on to any of these burdens or troubles.
Just giving it permission to release.
Taking a few more deep breaths in this water.
Maybe breathing into a certain area of your body that needs more healing and support.
Knowing that you can come back here anytime you need to cleanse,
Realign your energy and your emotions.
Slowly starting to make your way out of this healing hot spring.
Feeling held by the earth,
This beautiful cave.
Noticing a crystal on the ground.
Reaching down to pick up this crystal.
Noticing texture,
The color,
Feeling it beneath your fingertips.
Holding on to this crystal as a reminder.
You can always come back to this state.
Or this place to help you realign your energy and connect back with yourself and your soul.
Taking a few deep breaths into your body.
Then taking your hands and placing them on your heart.
Thinking yourself and the beauty of nature for helping you come back to this space inside of you.
When you're ready,
Taking your time.
You can slowly start to bring yourself back to the present moment.
Maybe rubbing your hands together,
Creating some energy.
Slowly starting to open your eyes.
Taking that crystal with you into your day.
Taking that energy into the rest of your week.
