This meditation is to help you connect to your womb space.
To help you release any tension around your pelvic floor and just really ground yourself connecting to That's inner safety.
Knowing that you are always supported by earth.
Thank you so much for being here.
And let's just begin by finding your comfortable position If I are leaning onto the bed or the chair,
We're just sitting with your spine straight.
Adjusting your pelvis.
Maybe through a pillow or a bolster,
Whatever you need to just make yourself feel a bit more comfortable.
And starting by placing both hands on your belly.
Starting through a gentle massage,
Just your hands around your womb space,
Around your hips.
Exhale for longer.
And inhale for deep.
Just through this breath,
Softening your belly space,
Noticing how your belly is moving if you breathe from diaphragm.
This breath will be wider,
More expansive.
If you breathe just through your upper shoulders,
This breath will be more shallow.
You can always choose.
Then bringing your hands down,
Maybe through your thighs,
Through your legs.
Just adding in gentle massage.
And wherever you are,
Bringing down the hands onto the earth.
So maybe it's just on the mattress,
Maybe it's just on the chair to your side.
But just pressing onto something.
That is really.

Table connecting you to the air.
And just take three breaths here.
Feeling that nourishment.
That stable energy rooting into that.
And then slowly bringing your hands back onto your thighs,
Back onto your belly.
Or wherever it's most comfortable for you.
And if your eyes are not closed,
You can just close them softly.
Or maybe just lowering your gaze.
And with each breath out,
Just relaxing a little bit more,
Letting your legs and your pelvis melt down to the earth.
With inhale,
Just inviting more space.
Opening to the space of rest,
Of inner listening.
Opening to the awareness of mother air that's also here to listen.
To give you that stability and comfort.
Our womb's pay.
The space of creation.
The space of creating a light It doesn't matter if you are a mother or no.
Each one of us has a mother and came through a womb,
Through that portal.
We can enter this portal,
We can get to know ourselves better.
And through that we can heal.
We can open.
To creativity.
We can inspire.
We can choose how to use it and how to activate this portal instead of turning away from it.
Just for the next few breaths.
Feeling yourself here really feeling your body grounding into the body Through your pelvis,
Rooting down to the air.
Your pelvis is like a foundation.
If this foundation is strong,
But also mobile.
And flexible.
It's easier for us to all We're not talking only about that physical flexibility,
But also our Nav system flexibility.
That capacity to open,
To hold.
To embrace joy in life,
To embrace pleasure.
Through the next few breaths just cultivating this feeling of safety How does safety and being stable feel to you?
Just connect to that feeling now.
And let this feeling spread through your body fast,
Through the hips.

That sensation of stability and safety.
Through your whole pelvic floor,

But also through your muscles through your cells,
Your fascia inviting this sensation of safety here and now i am safe within myself I am holding myself here.
The love is holding me.
And then let this feeling spread through your legs as well.
All the way down.
Through your thighs,
Your knees.
Your feet.
Just reminding yourself that being a woman is so complex.
It comes with so many ups and downs.
With all the hormones and all the changes each month,
With our cycles.
Reminding yourself that being strong can also mean being soft.
You can find strength in your softness,
In that Joy,
Appreciation for life in the way you rest.
In the way you take care of yourself.
Both softness and strength can coexist together.
And the stronger your roots are,
The stronger you are grounded in awareness.
In love The more you can grow,
Expand and the more capacity you have.
For whatever is happening on the outside.
Just stay here for a few breaths,
Breathing into your womb.
Just honoring the space.
Honoring the space of change of transformation Of release.
Of creation.
You are supported here.
And then wherever your hands are resting,
Bringing them back into your belly if they're not there.
