This 20 min practice is an invitation for you to switch off the outside noise and connect inwards. Listening to your breath and relaxing each little part of your body. Allow yourself to sink into the space of restful sleep.

Good evening beautiful soul,

It's Maria here.

I hope that you are already cozy and comfortable in your bed and I invite you today to relax fully,

Let go of any stress and any worry and just surrender to pure energy of healing and relaxation.

If you are already in your bed,

Make sure your pillows are adjusted,

Your blanket is wrapping you around,

Making you feel so safe and so warm.

Maybe another pillow underneath your knees for better alignment of the spine and just through your whole back and through your legs,

Connecting to the surface underneath you,

Feeling the softness of your mattress or even if you're lying on your mat on the floor,

Really connecting to the earth energy underneath it.

So calming and so grounding.

Adjust your whole body before you stay in total stillness,

Allowing each part of the body to relax fully,

Connect to the earth and just be here and now.

Taking a few deep unconscious breaths,

Deep inhale in through your nose,

Open up,

Open your lungs,

Full exhale through your mouth,

Just letting go of any heaviness,

Any worry,

Anything that's been heavy on your heart.

Deep inhale,

Cleansing fresh energy,

Full exhale,

Relaxing even more to the surface underneath you.

A few more times like that,

Just slow and deep inhales and slow exhales,

Coming back to this space of here and now.

You are safe here,

You are supported,

I'm here to guide you to the space of pure awareness and relaxation,

Setting the intention for this practice to be open to healing,

Whether it's mental,

Physical or emotional healing.

Open yourself up to it and know deep within your heart that you can heal yourself whenever you need to.

Taking a deep unconscious inhale and with the next exhale feel a beautiful dark green emerald color energy surrounding you from all the directions.

Beautiful deep shade of green,

The color of healing and hope is shining around you and is giving you all this good and peaceful energy that you start feeling in every part of your body.

Allow this healing energy to enter your body through the space of your head,

Through your crown chakra and let it flow through you nourishing every part of your body,

Every muscle,

Every joint,

Every bone,

Every cell,

Every vessel within you.

Let this energy relax your whole head,

Release any heaviness from your head,

Any thoughts,

Any worry,

Any stress.

Taking a deep inhale,

Exhaling,

Relaxing the space even more.

Feel this energy everywhere on your face right now,

Making your face feel so so relaxed.

The front,

Your forehead,

Your cheekbones,

Your eyelids,

Your right earlobe,

Even the inside of your ear,

Your left earlobe,

The inside of your left ear,

Relaxing within your mouth as well,

Your upper mouth,

Your tongue,

The muscles around your teeth,

Any tension from that space around your jaw.

Take a deep inhale,

Exhale,

Release it all.

Relax your neck,

The front part of your neck and the back part,

Both sides of your neck and now feel this energy flowing,

This beautiful dark green colour through your shoulders,

Giving so much calmness to your shoulders,

The right and the left one and flowing down through your arms,

Through your elbows,

Your forearms,

Both of your wrists and then through each finger on your right hand,

Starting from your thumb,

Through your index finger,

Middle finger,

Ring finger and little pinky finger.

Allow it to relax.

Relax your left hand as well,

Your whole left arm,

Left forearm,

The wrist and slowly each finger on your left side.

Take a deep inhale,

Feeling both of your hands becoming more and more heavy and just feeling this beautiful calm within yourself,

Within more of your body parts and your chest space,

Your back,

The lower back,

Your glutes on the right and left side,

Very very big muscles,

Relaxing from the front space as well,

Your beautiful belly and your heart space,

Allowing this beautiful loving energy to heal your heart,

To heal any heaviness from your heart,

From your soul space.

Take a deep inhale,

Exhale,

Relax it even more,

Relax your legs as well,

Starting from your right hip,

Relaxing your whole right leg,

Feeling this loving energy surrounding your thigh,

The front of your right thigh,

Your shin,

The back of your right thigh,

Your calf and your whole right foot,

Through your ankle,

Your heel,

Your toes,

Every little part on your right foot.

Taking a deep inhale,

Exhale,

Relax it even more,

Feel this energy around your left leg as well,

Starting from your left hip,

Your left thigh and the back of your thigh,

Your left knee and the space behind your knee,

Your left shin,

The calf muscle and your whole left foot,

Through your ankle,

Your heel and every toe.

Now this energy is just flowing through your whole body,

Giving you all the healing,

All the love and all the peace that you need to feel better,

To feel safe and supported.

Just relax even deeper here,

Feel this energy around your heart as well,

Surrounding your heart and healing any emotional problems,

Any emotional imbalances that you might have been experiencing,

Knowing that you are so much more than your emotions,

You are so strong my darling.

Surrender deeper and deeper into this loving arms of your own soul,

Own soul.

Surrender and just leave away any worry,

Any thoughts.

There is no point in worrying,

In thinking.

You are just here now,

Relaxing,

Breathing,

Letting go of all that heaviness that the mind or the emotions have put on you.

Coming back to your essence,

Your pure soul,

Your pure healing space,

Divine energy.

Take a deep inhale,

Exhale release it more,

Relax deeper and deeper into this loving space.

Beautiful dear,

Keep relaxing on into that space and I will just leave you to it.
