A space where you can truly relax and let go, connect to the grounding energy of earth and the soft, honey-like energy of love that is so healing and always present within you. It's natural to experience some mood changes when the seasons change, some of us might even experience depression and lots of anxiety, however we need to remember it is possible to feel good, stay at peace and stay centred, even when there's a "Storm" outside. This meditation will help you come back to that space.

Hello my darling,

I hope you are feeling well today and even if not I hope this meditation will feel like a warm hug from a good friend,

A love hug from an angel.

Wherever you are right now,

Make yourself comfy,

Cozy and more still through coming back to the present moment.

In the Northern Hemisphere we are moving into the colder seasons,

From the summer to the autumn,

From going outside more to being inside more.

So this is a beautiful invitation to go inward,

Give yourself more love and really explore yourself just as you are.

It's pretty natural in these seasonal changes that our mood is changing as well,

That our emotions are going crazy,

Sometimes we feel more sadness,

Anxiety,

Depression and stress over some things.

But through all these changes we can go with more awareness,

With more peace and with grace,

Knowing that all these changes are natural and something that is never changing within us is this space of divine unconditional love and awareness.

So breathe in deeply into that space within you,

Exhale and release any tension and stress.

Breathe in even deeper open up to love,

Open up to relaxation knowing that you are safe here.

Exhale fully,

Ground yourself deeper and deeper into the Earth.

Whether you are sitting or lying down,

For sure you ve got some connection to the Earth,

To the surface underneath you that is connected to Earth.

Feel the calming energy coming from there and with the next inhale imagine a beautiful warm honey-colour energy surrounding you from all directions.

Notice how this energy is filling within your body,

Within your mind and within your heart.

Knowing that it s all here for you,

It s here to heal you,

To give you strength and appreciation.

This energy just making you feel so and so relaxed is helping you connect to that consciousness space within you.

Underneath the waves of all the emotions,

All the feelings and thoughts that are always changing,

There is this space within that is never changing.

Your soul,

Your divine presence,

The space of being.

Connect deeper into that space,

Know that you can feel safe there,

The Universe is opening its divine arms to you and you can just totally surrender.

Know that it s safe to surrender,

Release all fear or thoughts that it s weak to surrender and let go.

It s like so much strength,

So much courage to truly give your life to the divine,

To the life force without trying to control everything.

Ground yourself deeper into the safety space,

Connect to divine wisdom,

To divine love that is always,

Always here for you and just stay there.

Beautiful my darling,

Feel this honey warm energy still within you,

You re one with it,

Tell your pen there is only love and bliss coming from this space and just stay there for as long as you wish to,

Noticing what your soul is telling you and knowing that no matter what thoughts,

Feelings,

Emotions,

What phases of your mind you re going through right now,

It will all come back to peace,

Just like in nature changes are natural but with the awareness of this flow you can go through it with more grace and more love to yourself.

So don t forget to rest,

Don t forget that it s ok to take things slow or sometimes even take a step back,

To just connect to your inner peace space,

Doesn t matter how much time it takes,

Time is an illusion anyway and we are here to enjoy,

To explore,

To love.
