Good morning darling and welcome to this meditation.
Whether you woke up in a good or a bad mood,
I hope this practice will bring you some peaceful and calming energy to help you start your day with a positive mind and an open heart.
Sit comfortably with your back straight,
Shoulders relaxed and your hands resting gently on your lap or your heart space.
Close your eyes softly and prepare your body and mind for this practice through breathing deeper and deeper and connecting to the space of awareness.
For now just notice the natural flow of your breath.
How are your inhales today?
How are your exhales?
Is there a balance between every breath in and out?
Or maybe you feel some restriction,
Some tension?
Set the intention to keep your breath steady and calm,
Inviting more and more fresh energy with every breath in.
And then when you exhale,
Releasing any tension or stress that you might be carrying within you.
Keep taking these breaths,
Helping your mind,
Your body to wake up,
Filling yourself up with peace,
With positive energy,
With relaxation,
Reminding yourself that you are safe here and now.
Gently notice how these breaths are making you feel,
How they help you bring your awareness to the present moment,
Grounding yourself in the now.
How they help your body and mind delivering more and more fresh energy and fresh oxygen to your lungs.
Being awake to the presence of love within you.
Feel the sensation of your body connected to the surface beneath you.
Feel the connection with the Earth and the gravity force that is holding you here.
Know that you are always supported and that the Universe is working for you instead of against you.
The more you open up to this peaceful and positive divine energy,
The more of this energy you will be experiencing in your daily life.
What we create inside attracts what we experience outside.
So start this day with creating more and more space for love,
For peace and awareness.
Start by creating the positivity within you and then it will be easier for you to share it with others.
And as you continue to just breathe deeply and slowly,
Bring your mind to something or someone you truly appreciate in your life at this time right now.
Something or someone that you are so grateful for.
Allow a warm feeling of gratitude and appreciation to fill your heart spreading throughout your entire being.
With each inhale imagine that you are drawing in this powerful feeling of gratitude and appreciation.
You can picture it as a golden light that enters your body,
Bringing a sense of joy and pure infinite peace.
This joy and peace are overflowing through you right now as you are making more and more space with every breath in.
And as you exhale release any worries,
Any fear,
Let go of anything that may hinder your sense of inner calm and gratitude.
From this space now imagine a beautiful tranquil garden filled with lush greenery,
With colourful flowers,
With the sun shining bright and a gentle breeze.
Picture yourself sitting in the midst of this serene setting,
Surrounded by magical sounds of nature,
With your heart full of love and tranquility.
The birds are singing,
The earth is holding you and the energy of safety and support is freely flowing through you.
And in this peaceful garden become aware of your mind,
Your thoughts and emotions.
Is your mind very active or is it calm and pure?
Let all the inner tension dissolve like a water flowing downstream.
Remind yourself that doesn't matter what's going outside,
Even doesn't matter what's going on in your mind,
What difficult thoughts sometimes you're going through.
You can always come back to peace,
To the space of awareness.
Without judgement,
Without any hatred to yourself,
Always first coming back to your breath which will help you connect to the present moment and through that connecting to this ever-present peace within.
Take a moment now to offer yourself some kind thoughts and to set your intentions for this day.
You can repeat these affirmations silently or out loud.
I am grateful for the opportunities that this day brings.
I am open to new experiences.
I approach each moment with joy.
I am filled with love and inner peace.
I am grateful to be alive.
I am grateful for each moment of now.

Move your neck side to side and maybe even stretch your arms over your head,
Extending your spine up to the sky.
Gently open your eyes,
Staying present and aware with your body,
With your surroundings.

Always return to this peaceful practice whenever you need to reconnect with your inner space and ground down.
