Good morning,
This practice is here to help you wake up better,
With good energy and release any heavy emotions that you might be feeling,
Release anything you don't need for today,
So you can open up,
Ground yourself and start this day with excitement and gratitude.
So we are going to start standing up,
Ground yourself through your feet,
And before you start moving,
Just take a moment to exhale all the air out,
And inhale that fresh energy,
That peace.
Two more nice and deep breaths as you feeling the earth underneath your feet,
As you feel that support.
It doesn't matter what mood you woke up in today,
You have the power to change your energy,
You have the power to change your thoughts and how you feel.
Beautiful,
Now inhale stretch your arms around you and all the way up,
And exhale bring the hands together.
Now we are going to stretch the arms all the way up again,
Keep the hands separate,
And lift your heels off the mat,
So you are reaching all the way up,
And on the exhale bring your heels down and arms all the way down,
So you totally release to a gentle forward fold.
And as you lower the heels,
Just let them bounce all the way down.
Inhale fully lengthen through your arms,
Through your spine,
Lifting the heels off the mat,
Exhale and just tap the heels down and release your upper body,
Full release.
Inhale longer,
And again lift yourself up as you extend,
And exhale all the way down,
Nice and strong breath,
Hear your breath.
Inhale extend,
Opening up to peace.
Exhale and tap those heels down,
Release your upper body.
One more time,
Nice and long as you extend,
As you lift and lengthen.
Exhale and tap your heels down,
Release it all.
Inhale slowly lift yourself up again,
Standing strong.
We are going to start bouncing,
So keep the feet grounded,
Start just bending your knees and just bouncing your legs,
Bouncing through your feet,
Through your calves,
Through your thighs,
Starting to create that nice energy in your body,
Nice and warm,
And imagine like you are really releasing any stuckness,
Any blockages down to the earth.
Keep bouncing and enjoying this soft movement.
Then add that bounce through your hips and your upper body as well.
Start bouncing your shoulders,
Let them just drop down and then up again,
Feel that heaviness of your shoulders of your upper body releasing.
Bounce your head even if you'd like,
Bouncing your whole body up and down,
Feeling the earth,
Feeling the fire within you,
Feeling the air as you breathe and feeling the water that is moving through you.
And then from that bouncing we are moving to shake,
So it's a little bit movement,
A little bit more intense.
Start again just through your feet,
Through your legs,
Shake off any heaviness of your legs,
Anything that is blocking you through moving freely in your life,
Shaking all that energy from your feet,
From your legs,
Really tapping them down to the floor.
And then add that shake through your hips as well,
Shake your hips and any past emotions that are blocking you,
Release through your belly,
Shaking through your chest,
And adding your upper arms as well,
Adding your whole arms,
Shaking off all these energies from your arms,
Any energies that are blocking you from creating the life that you really wish to experience.
Keep shaking and feel that warmth that you are creating.
And then add your head as well,
Shake your head and any thoughts that are blocking you,
Any limiting thoughts that are stopping you from expressing yourself authentically from that space of love,
Shaking any ideas about yourself that are limiting you.
Know that you are free.
Keep that strong shake,
Everything,
Feeling all little parts of your body for just 30 more seconds.
You are free.
You are totally present with yourself,
With your body.
You are so strong.
And with the next exhale,
Just release everything.
Come back to total stillness.
Bring your right hand onto your heart and left hand onto your belly.
Start breathing deeper and deeper.
Feeling,
Noticing and experiencing whatever is happening now in your body.
This is such a powerful energetic practice.
So be aware of those inner sensations.
Hold that space for yourself,
For your emotions,
For that love that never changes.
Take a full breath in and a full breath out.
Inhale,
Stretch your arms to both sides.
Lift your palms all the way up like you're taking that energy from the sky.
Exhale,
Turn your palms down and just bring your arms all the way down as you ground yourself,
Surround your body with that grounding energy.
Inhale,
Lift the arms around and all the way up.
Open your palms.
Take that warmth,
Take that love in.
Exhale,
Open your elbows,
Turn your palms down.
Bring those palms down as you ground yourself,
Your whole body.
One more,
Extend all the way up.
Lift and lengthen,
Maybe even higher.
Feel the lengthening of your spine as well.
Exhale,
Turn your palms down and inwards.
Bring them all the way down and release.
