Good morning.
Welcome to another day on this Earth.
It's such a blessing.
It's a miracle to be here,
To breathe,
To be alive,
To live.
In this meditation we'll be connecting to the energy of peace and gratitude and through that elevating your frequency and opening your heart for this day.
I invite you to sit down comfortably,
Rolling your shoulders to the back and just taking a few moments to feel your body,
To say hello to your body.
Maybe through a few gentle stretches for your neck,
For your shoulders.
All these parts are normally pretty stiff in the morning so it's good to start moving this energy.
And then as you are noticing your body,
Start also noticing your breath.
How is your breath today?
How is it flowing through you?
Where does your breath start as you take an inhale and where does it end as you exhale?
Remember that breath is life and the slower and deeper you breathe,
The more life force,
More prana you are delivering to your whole body,
To your cells,
To your organs,
To your heart and to your brain.
And it's not really about breathing faster and stronger with more intensity but it's breathing slower with more awareness,
Allowing that breath to slowly expand within you when you inhale.
And allowing your whole body relax as you exhale.
Take three more deep breaths here,
Really appreciating this life,
The vital energy within you.
And then,
If your body is still moving in any way,
Just try to come to a little bit more stillness.
Letting yourself come inwards.
Maybe softly lowering your gaze or fully closing your eyes.
In this space connecting with your heart.
That heart space that is centre of love,
Of forgiveness,
Compassion.
Can you feel that warm energy around your heart?
Can you fully send your attention there,
Moving away from the mind and closer to the heart?
And from there,
Just simply saying thank you.
Thank you,
Thank you,
Thank you,
Either out loud or just quietly.
Thanking the Universe,
God,
For bringing you here,
For blessing you with another day,
Thanking for your life here and now.
So,
Often we start our prayers or meditations with asking for more,
With focusing on what I want out of it.
But here and now,
Simply say thank you.
Let yourself feel and embrace that energy of gratitude.
Grateful,
Even though not each day is super good and beautiful and successful.
Grateful for the challenges.
Grateful for all the feelings.
Just grateful.
Sending thanks for the life created by God,
For all the nature,
The plants,
The trees,
The sunshine,
The wind.
Thank you,
Thank you,
Thank you for being a part of it.
Grateful for a life created by you,
The place you're in,
Maybe some decorations around that you bought or created,
Your job,
Your work,
Whatever it is that you have created for yourself.
Thank you,
Thank you,
Thank you.
You are the creator as well.
And then gratitude for a life that you are.
You are a life itself.
You are breathing.
Your heart is beating.
You can move your hands,
Your legs.
The blood is flowing through your veins and your heart is beating without you doing anything.
This is that life within you,
The life that you are.
Can you feel it now?
And for the next few breaths,
Just connect to this affirmation in your heart.
I am open to this day and I am open to life.

Allow yourself to stay here for as long as you wish to,
Maybe in one or two more minutes of silence.
Or if you wish to slowly move into your day,
Just starting to move your body gently,
Your hands,
Your fingers,
Maybe another gentle long stretch.
I am just finishing with both hands onto your heart,
Letting this energy of love,
Of excitement for life to guide you through this day.
