Welcome,
I hope you're feeling calm today.
I will share with you some affirmations in this meditation that will really support your healing process if you're dealing with depression and anxiety or just any time when you feel like you need to give some extra care to yourself,
To your mind and to your body.
These words will bring you supportive and nourishing energy.
We will start first just making ourselves super comfy and cozy.
Make sure you can feel safe in this space.
Make sure you're warm and start relaxing your body more and more,
Remembering that if our body is not relaxed,
Then we are not really able to relax the mind as well and go to some deeper levels of consciousness and healing.
So my darling,
Take a deep breath in and slow breath out.
Deep breath in,
Feel the healing and calming energy.
Deep breath out,
Ground yourself deeper,
Allow yourself to just feel safe and supported.
A few more times like this,
Keep breathing with awareness,
Being fully conscious of every inhale and every exhale.
Notice how is the flow of your breath today.
Is it nice and deep or is it shallow?
Do you feel like it's uncomfortable to breathe deeper?
Maybe it's uncomfortable to take deeper inhales or slower exhales?
Breathing is art.
Proper and deep breathing is a beautiful practice that we can develop each day and that will help us navigate through any difficult situations.
So keep connection with your breath whenever your mind is starting to be too annoying and now just focus on these loving words and say them to yourself out loud or in your thoughts.
I am safe,
I am supported,
There's nothing to be afraid of.
I have the power right now to change how I feel.
I am guiding my mind and my mind is not controlling me.
I am unique,
Beautiful and important.
I love taking care of myself and I deserve it.
I know I will get through this because I am super strong.
I will focus on what I can control and release the rest.
I am kind and gentle of myself.
My feelings and emotions won't last forever.
Life is always changing and I am changing with life.
I am not alone.
I have the divine support.
My feelings are valid and I appreciate everything they're teaching me.
I can always find something to be grateful for.
It's okay to take a break,
To rest or have fun.
When I'm struggling it's okay to ask for help.
When I'm afraid I will rely on my higher power for strength and guidance.
I let myself rest without judgment.
My body and mind need to rest and recharge.
I am stronger than I think.
I know I can get through any situation with divine help.
This too shall pass.
I know I'm doing the best I can and I appreciate myself for that.
I'm staying focused on the present and take this one day at a time.
I am open to take extra care of myself whenever I need it.
I am NOT my body.
I am my soul.
I am NOT my mind.
I am my soul.
I am NOT my emotions and thoughts.
I am divine love.
I speak with love.
I act with love and I think from the space of pure love only.
Beautiful.
Take a deep breath in.
Exhale and let it go.
With each exhale feeling like any tension is melting away and it's just leaving you so peaceful,
Full of trust,
Full of divine wisdom,
Full of surrender to love.
If you want you can put your hands on your heart now and just feel your heartbeat in your chest.
Notice that you are alive,
That your heart is still beating,
Beating with love,
With freedom.
Know that you can always come back to this meditation and to these affirmations whenever you need to and know that you are never alone.
Your angels and the universe are watching over you.
