Good morning,

Beautiful souls.

Imagine starting your day filled with positive energy,

A clear mind and a light heart.

In just 10 minutes,

We'll tap into a powerful reserve of positivity and set the tone for a day full of joy,

Confidence and peace.

Let's begin this journey together,

Breathing in new energy and letting go of anything that might hold you back.

Are you ready to embrace the day?

Find a comfortable seated position,

Either on the floor,

On a cushion or in a chair.

Allow your spine to lengthen,

Shoulders to relax and close your eyes gently.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and slowly exhale through your mouth.

Let's do that two more times.

Deep breath in and exhale,

Releasing any tension or worries.

One more deep breath in and let it go.

Allow your breath to return to its natural rhythm.

Now,

As your eyes are gently closed,

Begin to bring your awareness to your body,

Starting at the top of your head.

As you breathe in,

Feel the top of your head soften and as you breathe out,

Let any tension melt away.

Moving down,

Bring your attention to your forehead,

Your eyes,

Your cheeks and your jaw.

With each exhale,

Release any tightness you may be holding in these spaces.

Let it all go and feel your entire face start to soften completely.

Drift downward to your neck and shoulders and as you breathe in,

Imagine your breath bringing in fresh energy to these areas.

As you breathe out,

Let your shoulders drop and relax completely.

Feel them moving away from your ears.

Continue this down through your arms into your hands,

Back to your chest and your abdomen.

Feel your body becoming more and more relaxed and at ease with each breath that you take.

Bring your awareness to your lower back,

Hips and pelvis,

Releasing any tension with your exhale.

Finally,

Move down to your legs,

Knees,

Calves,

Ankles and feet.

Making a conscious effort here to let any remaining tension in your body drain out through your feet,

Grounding you firmly to the earth.

Let it all go.

This is your time to release and let go.

Now that your body is relaxed,

Focus on your breath.

Imagine that with each inhale,

You are breathing in positive energy.

A warm golden light that fills your entire being.

This light represents positivity,

Vitality and joy.

As you inhale,

Feel the golden light filling your lungs,

Your heart and spreading through your entire body.

As you exhale,

Imagine releasing any remaining negativity,

Stress or doubt that you feel in your body.

With each breath,

You are becoming more and more filled with positive energy.

Take a few moments here to really feel this warmth,

This light energizing you from the inside out.

You are breathing in fresh,

Vibrant energy and breathing out anything that does not serve you.

Now,

Let's seal this practice with positive affirmations.

You can repeat these silently in your mind or out loud if you feel comfortable.

I am filled with positive energy and light.

I am ready to embrace this day with confidence and joy.

I am capable,

I am strong and I am at peace.

I attract positivity and abundance into my life.

Feel the power of these affirmations resonate within you,

Fueling your mind and spirit with positivity and strength.

Imagine these words embedding themselves in your heart,

Ready to guide you throughout your day.

As we bring this meditation to a close,

Take one final deep breath in,

Drawing in as much positive energy as you can.

And slowly exhale,

Letting it settle within you.

Now,

Gently begin to wiggle your fingers and toes,

Bringing awareness back to your body.

When you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes,

Carry this sense of positive energy and light into the rest of your day.

Remember,

This energy is always within you,

Ready to be accessed whenever you need it.
