Hello beautiful souls and welcome.
Welcome to today's beautiful meditation.
I ask you now to please find a spot where you will not be disturbed,
Where you can focus on mindfulness and the meditation and allowing yourself to have the self love and the time that you need for yourself.
So sit down or lie down and just start to close down your eyes,
Placing your hands on your lap,
Whatever is comfortable for you today.
Find your comfort and just start to take a deep breath in through your nose,
Holding the breath at the top and breathing out letting it all go and resting and we're gonna do the square breath.
Breathing in for a count of four,
Holding for a count of four,
Releasing an exhale on the count of four and then resting for a count of four and then continuing that on.
Let's do that three times.
Breathing in,
Holding,
Releasing,
Resting,
Breathing in,
Holding,
Releasing,
Resting.
One more.
Breathing in,
Holding,
Releasing,
And resting.
And you can continue this breath or follow your own breath now,
Whatever feels good to you.
Allowing the inhale to meet the exhale.
Relaxing deeply in your body,
Relaxing deeply in your mind,
Relaxing deeply in your spirit,
Relaxing deeply in your soul and set an intention for today's meditation.
Breathe that intention in and breathe that intention out.
And you may call on any guides,
Any angels,
Ancestors,
Idols,
Whoever you identify with,
Welcome them into this meditation as you continue to breathe in and breathing out,
Relaxing deeper and deeper.
Start to let go of your thoughts.
Letting go of the mind.
And on the count of ten,
See the numbers in your third eye.
And with every number,
Feel yourself falling deeper into meditation.
Feel yourself letting go of your thoughts.
Letting go of the mind.
And as thoughts emerge,
Allow them to be there without judgment.
Simply observing them,
Seeing them skate by like clouds,
Passing and coming back to the breath.
So breathing in to ten,
Nine,
Eight,
Coming more and more relaxed,
Seven,
Falling deeper into your meditation,
Six,
Letting go of your body,
Five,
Letting go of your mind and your thoughts,
Four,
Feeling into this now moment,
Three,
Two,
Meeting yourself exactly into this moment,
And one.
Feel yourself completely surrounded,
Completely connected.
Feel your divinity.
Feel who you truly are.
Feeling a light,
Relaxing you deeper and deeper.
Feeling yourself in a completely meditative state now.
For there's nowhere to go.
There's nothing to do.
But relax deeply into your own spiritual self.
And feel and visualize a light so bright,
Shining above you,
Bringing you deeper into connection with yourself.
Feel this light melting over your crown chakra,
Opening and expanding your crown to the divine,
To the spirit.
Feeling this light moving down your head,
Letting go of any thoughts that may still be remaining.
Relaxing deeply.
Feeling the light move down your eyes,
Letting go of your perception of the outside world.
Move the light down your face,
Down your third eye,
Opening up to the dimensions of your knowing,
Your sixth sense.
Move the light down to your neck,
Down through your throat,
Opening and expanding your authentic voice,
Your communication,
Your honesty.
Moving the light down your shoulders,
Your arms,
Your back.
And just start to let go of any energy that's not yours.
Letting go of anything that you are carrying.
That's not your own baggage.
That's not your own emotions.
That's not your own feelings.
Let it go.
The only person to care for in this moment is you.
Let go of your own baggage.
Let it all go.
And know that you are safe,
You are secure,
You don't need to carry it any longer.
Move the light down to your chest,
Down to your heart,
Opening and expanding your heart,
Your heart chakra,
Your connection to the world through feeling and emotion.
And notice how your heart has never once stopped beating,
But it has continued to work for you,
Never once against you.
So why have you forsaken your heart?
Why have you allowed your thoughts and your mind to overpower the feeling and the knowing and the intelligence of your heart?
Come back to your place of heart,
For your heart knows how to guide you.
Move the light down to your belly,
Down to your solar plexus,
Two inches above the belly button.
Moving into the gut,
Activating your ability to trust your own gut instincts,
The intelligence of your gut to know how to guide you,
To know what's best for you.
Come back to the intelligence of the gut.
And let go of any excess energy that you have stored here to protect your gut,
To protect your intuition.
For you now know and are awakened to the remembrance that you are in control and that you don't need to protect yourself anymore,
For you are protected.
Move the light down to your buttocks,
To your sacral chakra,
Two inches below your belly button and open to your pleasure,
Your creativity,
Your ability to create with this beautiful sacral chakra,
Allowing to birth the word in your image,
In your emotions,
In your own preferences.
Come back to this beautiful sense of pleasure and creativity.
Moving the light down to your legs,
All the way past your root,
Right up in your sit bone,
Grounding yourself into the earth,
Grounding yourself into this moment,
Knowing that you are safe,
That you are secure,
That you are deeply rooted into the earth,
Feeling the light going down your legs and feet,
Guiding every step that you take,
Every path that you walk,
And know that you are guiding the way with your light,
For you are the light.
Feel into this light now and rest here for a moment,
Awakening to your true form,
Your true self,
And remembering who you really are,
Light.
And when you are ready,
Start to come back to your breath,
Breathing in and breathing out.
Thinking the light has never been outside of you,
For reminding you and reawakening you,
To knowing that you are light,
That the light that you see outside of you was only the projection of the light that you already are.
So as you go about your day,
Your week,
Your month,
Your year,
Continue to shine this light that you anchored into every part of your being out into the world,
For when the board is dark,
Remember that you are the light,
You are the star in the darkness of the sky,
You are the light of the candle flame in a dark room,
You are the light of the moon amongst the starry sky,
You are the light,
You always have been,
You always will be.
Allow the light to awaken you and awaken others and gently as you continue to move out of this meditation,
Repeating to yourself,
Either out loud or inside,
I am light,
I am light,
I am light.
And coming back to your body,
Count of 10,
Count 1,
You'll be completely alert,
10,
Breathing in,
9,
8,
7,
Wiggling your fingers and toes,
7,
Feeling your body,
6,
Breathing deeply,
5,
Reaching up to the sky,
4,
Noticing what you can feel,
3,
Noticing what you can heal,
2,
Noticing what you can smell,
1,
Noticing what you can taste,
Finally opening up your eyes and noticing what you can see.
Welcome back beautiful lights,
Welcome back.
Thank you for reminding and remembering that you are light,
That you always have been,
That you always will be,
That you are light in the world with your brightness.
