My name is Jenna Rose Gennady with the Labyrinth Within.
Today's meditation is a simple imagery guided meditation to take away stress,
Frustration,
And bring more awareness into your body,
Out of your mind,
And out of your emotions.
Sit down quietly and start to just melt into the ground.
We'll just do a simple meditation today.
Just a simple meditation to just come back into balance.
Start to sit down or lie down and I ask that if you are sitting up to have your palms open today and receiving them.
Every different moon drawer has a different meaning.
When we have our hands up it means that we are open to receiving.
We are open to receiving the abundance of the universe,
The prosperity of the universe,
The love for the universe,
The peace of the universal.
So stay open.
Don't don't block yourself off.
And let's just start to close down your eyes.
Start to take a big deep breath in.
Holding your breath.
Holding,
Holding,
Holding and breathing out.
And as you breathe,
Imagine the breath starting from your feet,
Starting from the ground.
Feel the breath in the air,
Up through your body.
Breathe,
Breathe,
Breathe,
Breathe.
All the way up to the crown of your head.
And then hold the breath.
Holding,
Holding in that life force energy and breathing out.
Feeling all of that energy melting back down into the earth.
Back down into Mungo Daya.
Breathing in again.
Breathing from the ground.
Coming up,
Up,
Up.
Touching every single part of your body.
Holding at your crown.
And breathing out.
All the way back down into Mungo Daya.
One more deep breath in.
Breathing in,
Allowing it to touch every part of your body,
Your feet,
Your legs,
Your pelvis,
Your stomach,
Your chest,
Your arms,
Your shoulders,
Your neck,
Face,
Your crown.
And hold the breath.
Hold in that life force energy.
Bathe in that life force energy and breathe it out.
Breathing all the way down.
Finding peace and stillness in the breath.
And now setting the intention for this meditation,
Whatever is best for your own personal growth.
Setting the intention either out loud or in silence.
My intention for today is to provide value to each and every one of you.
To help each and every one of you through the art of meditation.
To get to whatever you need to go.
Set the intention now for your day,
For your evening,
For your night.
And know in your heart center that this intention will manifest.
It's already done as we turn our thoughts into manifesting reality.
And now if you feel called to do so,
Call in any guides,
Any ancestors.
Call in your past self.
Call in your future self.
Call in any idols that you may resonate with,
Whether it be Jesus,
Krishna,
Buddha,
Whoever is individual to you.
Allow yourself to be open to receiving their words and their guidance right now.
And start to just melt in more into the ground.
Melt more in to the ground you are sitting in.
Start to breathe again.
Breathing in.
Holding it and breathing out.
Where we find so much stress.
We get so frustrated,
So angry.
And we don't allow the breath to refresh us.
To release the black edges of our busy lives that we live.
For the breath removes our illness.
The breath removes our stresses.
The breath removes our pain.
Breathing in.
Holding.
And breathing out.
Becoming more and more relaxed.
It's starting to bring awareness to your toes.
Bring awareness to your feet.
Breathing in to your feet.
Feeling the awareness of all of the steps that have led to this moment.
Breathing in and letting go of any other thoughts right now.
Focusing only on my words and on the awareness of each body part that I do.
Breathing in to your ankles.
Your calves.
Breathing in to your knees.
And healing any physical elements that may reside in these areas.
Breathing in and finding awareness in our thighs.
Our skin.
The biggest organ in our body.
Our awareness just simply to skin.
As you breathe into these areas,
Breathe in peace.
Breathe in love.
Breathe in compassion.
Breathe out stress.
Breathe out frustration.
Breathe out anger.
Bring your awareness now to your genitals.
And feel the energy that resides here.
All the pleasure as well as all of the pain.
Breathe in the beautiful pleasure.
And breathe out the pain.
Breathe out the trauma.
Breathe in the love.
Find awareness to respect.
Respect for yourself.
Respect from others.
Bring consent in to your genitals.
And breathing out any abuse,
Any trauma.
Knowing that you are safe.
Breathing in to your buttocks.
Feeling the breath and the awareness.
So subtle but so strong.
Moving the energy up.
Breathing in to our tummies,
Our stomach.
Our solar plexus.
Breathing in support.
Breathing out anger.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Moving your awareness up your back.
Up your shoulders.
For we carry so much in our back and shoulders.
Let it go now.
Let it go with the breath.
Breathing in more strength.
And breathing out resistance.
Letting go of the baggage.
Breathing in.
And breathing out.
Letting go of the chatter of our minds.
You are here.
You are safe.
Bringing awareness to our chest,
To our heart.
And pausing here for a moment to just tune in to our heart center.
In the silence,
Feel your heart beat,
Your own individual heart beat.
For just a second.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Feeling your heart beat.
Pedal paddle.
Pedal paddle.
For your heart is the first organ that developed in the womb of your mother.
From this moment,
Bring awareness to coming back to your heart center.
Coming back to your heart to guide you,
To protect you.
Letting go of any blockages.
Breathing in.
Breathing in.
And breathing out.
Breathing in as you allow your heart to just expand.
And breathing out as it compresses once again.
Moving your awareness down your arms.
Letting go of anything else that may be remaining now that you are still holding on to.
That you are still counting.
Let it go.
Breathing in.
And breathing out.
Breathing in.
And letting go.
Bringing awareness to our lungs that are helping us and are the reason for our breath now.
Breathing in.
And breathing out.
For without our lungs our breath could not be having gratitude.
Breathing in.
And breathing out.
Bringing awareness to our neck.
And breathing in.
And breathing out.
For our neck holds so much.
Our neck carries our strong and mighty head.
Our brain.
Breathing in.
And breathing out.
And bringing awareness to our face.
To our mouth and our lips.
Breathing in the beautiful senses.
And breathing out.
Breathing in kind words.
And breathing out words that we may have said that we didn't mean.
Breathing in.
And breathing out.
Bringing awareness to our nose.
Breathing in.
And breathing out.
Bringing awareness to our ears.
And just listen for a moment.
Bringing awareness to all the sounds around you.
And breathing out anything that you no longer want to hear.
Breathing in.
And breathing out.
Bringing awareness to our eyes.
The eyes beneath our eyelids.
And having the gratitude for all of our eyes.
All of our eyes.
And all that our eyes see.
Breathing in.
And breathing out.
Bringing awareness to our thought eye.
Opening and expanding our thought eye into the many dimensions.
Into the spiritual pores of this world.
And breathing out.
And finally bringing awareness to the top of our head.
To our crown.
And put your crown on for the day.
Put your crown onto your head.
And stand strong.
For you are a beautiful God.
A beautiful goddess that walks this earth.
Wail your crown strong.
For you are the king.
You are the queen.
You are strong.
You are stable.
You are powerful.
You radiate love everywhere you go.
Breathing in.
And breathing out.
Breathing in.
And breathing out.
And bringing awareness to your thought eye.
Your pineal gland.
The spot right between your eyebrows once more.
Bringing awareness to this area.
Breathing in.
And breathing out.
And as you bring awareness to this area,
Imagine now rain.
Imagine now rain pouring over you.
Pouring over your body.
Bring awareness to the sound of the rain.
The dripping.
Bring awareness to what the rain looks like.
Coming from the clouds.
And splashing on your body.
Feel the rain penetrating your whole body.
Cleansing you.
Renewing you.
And refreshing you.
Breathing in.
And breathing out.
Imagine now the rain completely cleansing you.
Letting go of any stale energy.
Any stuck energy blocks that are still lingering.
Letting it go.
Allowing the rain to just release.
Purify you.
Cleanse you.
With every single drop of rain,
You become more clean.
More pure.
Feeling the rain on your head.
Your eyes.
Dripping down the wetness of your whole body.
The beautiful water that Mother Gaia provides for us.
Feeling the rain over your ears.
Your mouth.
And tasting the rain,
The purity of the rain.
How refreshing the rain is.
And knowing that the rain is refreshing your whole body.
The rain is refreshing your whole mind.
Letting go of any chit-o-chattel and thoughts.
The rain is purifying your emotions.
Letting go of the mind.
Letting go of the anger.
And the rain is purifying your spirit.
Feel the rain down your neck.
Feel the rain on your shoulders.
And your back.
Letting go,
Finally,
Of all that they were carrying.
Has no longer softened you.
Allowing the rain to purify you.
Feeling the rain in your arms and your ears.
Feeling the rain down your heart.
Down your chest.
Opening and renewing your heart.
Breathing in.
And breathing out.
Feeling the rain on your stomach.
Feel the rain letting go of any of that stuck energy.
Any of that stubborn fat that you can no longer desire on your body.
On your stomach.
Allow and feel the rain melting all of the unwanted weight on your body.
That no longer absorbs you.
Feel the rain touching your genders and your pants.
Renewing and letting go of any trauma.
Breathing in.
And breathing out.
Feeling your whole body just surrounded by the rain.
Feeling the rain on your legs.
Feeling the rain finally underneath your feet.
Underneath your toes.
Feel the puddle of water that has collected underneath you.
Feel the rain purifying you so beautifully.
Renewing you.
Feel the water.
And allow the water now.
To heal you now.
Throughout your day.
Throughout your week.
Throughout this month.
Throughout this year.
Throughout all the years.
For the rest of your life on this earth.
And feeling the rain.
For your whole body.
You are refreshed.
You are rejuvenated.
You are loved.
You are worthy.
You are cleansed.
You are appreciated.
You are wanted.
You are needed.
You are adored.
You are cherished.
You are that you are.
And what you are.
And who you are.
Is good enough.
Breathing in.
And breathing out.
Starting to come back into your body now.
Bringing awareness back into the space that you are in.
Breathing in.
Holding your breath.
And breathing out.
Starting to wiggle your fingers and your toes.
Stretching.
Breathing in to your body.
Breathing out.
Breathing in to your feet.
Breathing out to your body.
Opening up your eyes.
Coming back into the space.
Coming into the space.
Feeling what you need.
You are vibed.
Breathing in.
And finally breathing it all out.
