Hello beautiful souls.
Welcome.
Welcome to today's meditation.
I invite you now to just start to sit down in a spot where you will not be disturbed,
Where you can bring gentle awareness to your body,
To your mind,
To your soul,
To your spirit.
And start to breathe in the breath.
Breathing in,
Closing down your eyes,
Holding the breath up the top,
And breathing out.
And resting.
Breathing in again.
Breathing in.
Inhaling love and kindness.
Allowing that love and kindness to radiate your entire being.
And then letting go of any frustration,
Sadness,
Anger,
And resting.
And then breathing in again.
And as you breathe in,
Set an intention for today's meditation.
Set your own individual intention for what you need.
Breathing in.
Holding the breath up the top.
And breathing out.
And allowing your breath to fall.
You may call any guides or any angels to assist you during this meditation.
Throughout your day.
And allowing the pains and the sorrows of your life to be given and trusted to a higher spirit,
Higher form of intellect and intelligence,
Or given back to the earth.
And start to ground yourself now deep.
Starting to imagine right at the core of mamma gaia,
At the core of the earth.
Start to visualize a seed placed right in the core of the earth.
Start to see the seed leafing,
Expanding,
And growing.
Start to see how this beautiful seed starts to become a tree.
And start to see this tree growing,
Rooted at the core of the earth.
And start to see this tree growing and expanding past the core,
Past the mantle,
Past the crust.
See this tree growing underneath you.
And start to see this tree now growing and moving to meet you where you are at.
Start to feel the shadow and the shakiness of this tree growing underneath the ground below you.
Start to see this tree expanding past the dirt,
The grass,
The foundation of your home.
See this tree continue to grow up to your house,
To the floor underneath you,
To wherever you are sitting.
And start to feel this tree now coming to meet you and your spine,
Grounding you into the earth,
Knowing that you are supported,
That you are safe.
And start to feel this tree mating with your body.
See this tree starting to grow into your spine,
Starting with your root at the very base of your spine,
Where your spine hits the floor.
See this tree starting to heal your root chakra,
Starting to open and expand your root,
Creating safety,
Creating groundedness.
And see your root chakra lighting up with the beautiful color of red.
See this red light expanding through your body,
Circling and repeating,
I am safe.
And then once your root has been healed,
It has been opened and expanded.
Feel and see this tree continuing to grow and move up your spine,
Up your body.
And see this tree now mating with your sacral chakra,
Right in your pelvis,
Two inches below your belly button.
And see how this tree starts to heal your sacral chakra and start to see a beautiful orange light start to expand and grow in your sacral chakra,
Opening and expanding and healing you.
Starting to heal new fields of security and repeating,
I am secure.
I am secure.
I am secure.
And gently resting in the awareness and the healing.
And once you are ready and the healing of your sacral chakra has been complete,
Feel and see the tree continuing to grow,
Growing up your spine,
And mating now in your solar plexus,
Right in your belly,
Two inches above your belly button.
And start to allow the tree,
The vibrations of the earth and the roots that it's planted in,
To heal your solar plexus,
Opening and expanding it into a beautiful color of yellow.
See this beautiful color yellow opening,
Expanding and healing.
Feel yourself healing and then repeating,
I am in control.
I am in control.
I am in control.
But I have control.
Watch out both of yours passed for you.
And resting in the wellness and the healing of the beautiful yellow light.
And when you are ready and you feel your solar plexus has been healed and rejuvenated,
Feel and see this tree continue to grow and expand and starting to mate with your heart.
Feel this tree mating with your heart,
Healing your heart,
Activating a beautiful color of green,
Right in the center of your heart.
You start to feel love.
See this green light circling,
Opening and expanding all around your body and around.
And activating the heart center to guide you in love and then repeating,
I am love.
I am love.
I am love.
I am love.
And when you are ready,
You feel that your healing of your heart,
Opening of your heart has been complete.
Continuing to feel and see this beautiful tree continuing to grow,
Mating with your throat,
With your throat chakra,
Healing it,
Opening it and expanding it into a beautiful blue color.
And feeling and seeing this beautiful blue color circling in and around your throat,
Opening and expanding.
Your sense of speech.
And your sense of truth.
And gently repeating,
I am speaking my truth.
I am speaking my truth.
I am speaking my truth.
And then resting in this beautiful blue awareness,
Healing,
Expanding.
And when you are ready,
And you feel like the healing of your throat chakra is complete,
Feel and see this beautiful tree moving up your neck,
Starting to mate with your third eye,
Your pine-eye gland,
Your eye that sits right between your brows,
Invisible to the human physical reality.
But it's still there,
Allowing us to see into the beautiful realms of spirituality,
The beautiful realms of possibility,
Opening and expanding the third eye,
Healing it,
Of a beautiful indigo light.
And repeating,
I see clearly.
Or,
I am seeing clearly.
I am seeing clearly.
I am seeing clearly.
And resting in this awareness of that beautiful indigo light,
Allowing the healing.
And finally,
When you are ready,
And the healing has been completed,
Feel and see this tree continue to grow,
And starting to grow up above your head,
Right above your head at the crown.
And start to open and heal this beautiful crown chakra,
Connecting us to all that is,
The realms of the All,
The One,
God,
The Universe,
The Infinite.
And seeing a beautiful violet,
A white light,
Circling,
Rotating,
And healing your connection to the I Am.
The I Am,
That is the only thing that is.
And gently repeating,
I Am that I Am.
I Am that I Am.
I Am that I Am.
And resting,
Allowing the healing,
And the awareness of this beautiful crown,
Violet or white.
I Am.
Feel your connection.
See this tree continuing to grow,
Continuing to expand past your crown,
Past the roof of your house,
Past the clouds in the sky,
In the sun.
See it continue to grow past the stars in the Universe,
Continuing to grow higher and higher,
Until your imagination can expand and higher.
And start to bring your awareness to how supported you are by the Earth,
And how connected you are to Source and Spirit.
Start to see and become aware of this beautiful connection,
Connection of you,
Connection to the Universe,
For just a moment.
You are to rest in this awareness of peace,
Tranquility,
And connection.
Start to bring your awareness back to this space.
And start to bring your awareness to just the support and love for all that you are.
Letting go of what no longer serves you,
And holding on to what does.
Letting go and leaving behind any feel,
Any judgment.
Letting go of any pain or hurt that others have put onto you,
Or you have put onto yourself.
Forgiving all those that have hurt you,
Forgiving yourself.
Coming back into this space,
Moving down your crown,
Repeating,
I am that I am.
Continuing to move down to your third eye,
Repeating,
I am seeing clearly.
Continuing to move and come back to your body,
One chakra at a time,
Moving down to your throat.
Repeating,
I am speaking my truth.
Continuing to come back to earth,
Connecting back with the heart.
Repeating,
I am love.
Continuing to bring your body back in,
Moving down to your solar plexus,
Repeating,
I am in control.
Coming back and bringing awareness to your sacral chakra,
Repeating,
I am secure.
Starting to bring back in the breath now.
Finally coming all the way back to the sorrow,
Back to your root,
Bring your awareness to your root,
And repeating,
I am safe.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Breathing in,
Reaching your hands up to the sky.
And breathing out,
Wiggling your fingers and your toes,
Stretching,
Breathing in,
Breathing out,
Opening up your eyes,
Smiling at me.
Coming back into this space,
Here we begin,
Regenerating,
And complete.
