Hello beautiful souls.
I'm going to invite you now to please just find a spot for your meditation where you will not be disturbed.
Where you can start your healing journey,
Your journey to acceptance,
Your journey to worth and love and kindness and support for yourself.
And as you settle into your nice and comfy spot,
Either sitting down or lying down,
Start to place your hands on your lap,
Both palms facing up in receiving mode for this meditation.
Receiving the support that you need right now.
Receiving the healing that you need right now.
Receiving the love that you need right now.
And start to close down your eyes.
And start to focus and become aware of your sense of breath.
Breathing in for a count of four,
Holding for a count of four,
And releasing for a count of four,
And resting for a count of four.
And continuing this breath pattern,
The square breath.
You may come to the square breath any time you're feeling a little anxious,
A little scared,
A little out of alignment for this breath pattern.
It brings us right back to the center of who we really are.
So breathing in,
And as you breathe in,
Breathing in love,
Breathing in kindness,
Breathing in support,
And allowing that to radiate your whole entire body,
And then releasing any feelings of pain,
Of suffering,
And resting and trusting the Divine.
