Connecting Earth To Divine

In this meditation, we focus on connection. connection from earth to the divine. bring in courage, speaking our truth, connection to all that is. Becoming aware that we may be lonely at times but we are never alone.

Transcript

Alright beautiful people,

Thank you so much for joining today.

Start to just find a place where you can be comfortable,

You can relax,

You can dive all of your awareness into your sense of love,

Self,

Support for others.

And start to just close down your eyes,

Choosing to either sit up or lie down,

Whatever is most comfortable for you.

But make sure whatever position you choose that your spine is completely erect.

And start to breathe,

Bringing all of your awareness to your breath.

And as you breathe,

I'm going to ask you to please place your hands and your palms facing up for today's meditation in receiving mode.

Starting to breathe in through your nose,

Holding the breath at the top and breathing out.

Breathing in again,

Holding the breath at the top,

Allowing your life force energy to move and radiate through your whole entire body.

And releasing and letting it all go.

Letting go of anything that you need to do,

Letting go of any thoughts,

Feelings or memories that happen before this now moment.

And simply come back to this moment for both the past and the future are created in this moment.

The only moment that actually exists.

And breathe into that knowing,

Taking one more deep breath,

Breathing that air all the way up from our root,

Holding that breath within our body and breathing out with a big sigh,

Letting it all go.

And starting to set an intention for today's meditation.

Setting an intention for love,

Courage,

Truth,

Healing.

Love to the external world.

Whatever is individual and right for you,

Set that intention with the knowing that your intentions will create your manifested reality.

Falling back into your natural breath now.

You may start to call in any guides,

Any angels,

Any ancestors,

Any idols that you may identify with.

Asking them to guide you,

Protect you and love you.

And start to become aware of the ground,

The floor,

The chair underneath you.

And start to see an ankle,

A seed planted in the roots of the ground at the core of mamma gaia.

Start to imagine now that those seeds that are just ready to sprout and grow up from the core of the earth from gaia,

Mamma patamama.

And start to see these seeds starting to sprout and grow into a beautiful tree trunk.

Beautiful tree.

And start to see this tree growing and expanding,

Anchoring and rising up to meet you where you are right now.

See this tree growing from the core to the mantle of the earth through the soil,

The dirt,

The grass,

The foundation of your house.

And see it starting to mate and connect with your entire being your physical body,

Your soul,

Your spirit.

And start to feel the natural vibrations and frequencies of the earth connecting with you.

Start to see this tree mating with your root chakra at the base of your spine.

Start to see this tree moving up through your sacral chakra,

Two inches below the bell button right at your pelvis.

Start to see this tree continuing to move up your spine,

Mating with your solar plexus.

Seeing this tree moving up to your heart,

Opening and expanding your heart.

Start to see this tree moving up through your throat,

Opening and expanding your vocal cords.

Feel this tree moving up to meet your thought eye,

Opening and expanding your intuition.

Seeing this tree moving up past the crown of your head,

Connecting you from the ground,

The roots of Mama Earth,

All the way up to the highest realm of spirit,

Of source.

Connecting you from the ground to earth plane to the spiritual realm.

And start to become aware and bring your awareness that you are always connected to both.

That it is a cycle,

A circle that is always flowing in and around you.

See how you are rooted into the ground,

For you are the earth,

You are the physical.

And become aware of your connection to the divine spirit,

Source.

And become aware that you too are spirit,

Source.

The awe that is.

Start to become aware and feel into that natural vibration of frequency of the polarity that you are both.

Start to feel the inner calling,

The calling of the land,

The earth,

As well as a calling from the universe,

Source,

The divine.

And start to make these two energies,

These two frequencies together within you.

Activate now,

Courage within you,

Courage to go forward,

Courage to love.

Start to call in your boldness,

Your power.

Start to feel that radiating throughout your body and expanding outside of you,

Descend that courage,

That boldness,

That power out to every single being in this universe.

So that they too know their courage,

Their boldness,

Their power.

Start to open and expand your throat,

Your vocal cords,

To speak your truth,

Your divinity,

Your knowing.

And send that light out to each and every person in this world,

So that they too can speak their truth,

Their divinity.

Start to call in healing,

Healing for yourself,

Healing for your body,

For your mind,

For your soul,

For your spirit.

And start to send out healing to every single being,

Sending out healing for their body,

Their soul,

Their spirit,

Their mind.

Start to feel and become aware of just how connected you are to all that is,

Connected to the roots of the ground of the earth and connected to the spiritual realms.

Start to feel the connection to every person,

Every animal,

Every plant,

Every state of consciousness that walks this earth,

That surrounds this earth throughout all of time and space.

Feel this connection now and allow any feelings of loneliness to subside.

Start to become aware of the fact that you are never alone,

But you are always supported.

You are always guided,

You are always loved and you are worthy.

And start to send out these feelings of connection to every single being that walks and surrounds us earth so that they too feel the connection,

They too feel the roots underneath the ground that connect each and every one of us.

That they too feel the love and the support in the community that no being shall ever feel lonely for they are never alone.

And start to become aware that you individually are everyone and everything.

Start to know that when you start to heal yourself,

You heal the Lord.

And start to send out more healing through yourself to the other,

To the Lord,

To the fires.

Knowing that everything in this reality has a divine purpose and plan to awaken us,

Awaken us to community,

To speak our truth,

To stand for our earth,

To stand for our people,

To stand for our animals,

To stand for our plants,

To stand for our planet,

To stand for our universe.

For we are all one soul in many bodies.

We are not separate but we are united.

Feel and become aware of that.

You are all united.

We are all united.

Feel that love.

Feel that connection to the earth,

To the roots underneath you,

As well as that connection to source and spirit.

Feel into your inner calling and allow your inner calling to reign from source from up above and allow it to plant you into the ground,

Into the earth for you to take action,

For you to speak your truth,

Speak your courage,

Be bold,

Be united in community,

In community to extend and expand your light that you are out into the world,

Healing yourself to then heal others.

And breathe into that.

And breathe out.

And breathe out.

And breathing it in,

Anchoring all of this goodness within.

And breathing out.

Breathing in the love,

The light,

The courage,

The truth,

The strength,

The healing,

The power,

The boldness,

The beauty,

And breathing it all out,

Sending it out to each and every consciousness.

Breathing in again.

And breathing out.

And start to thank your guides,

Your angels,

Your idols,

The earth,

The universe,

Each other for being here today.

And feel the love radiating throughout your whole entire body.

Breathing in as we start to conclude.

And breathing out,

Coming back into your body,

Wiggling your fingers,

Toes.

Notice what you can feel.

Notice what you can heal.

Notice what you can taste.

Notice what you can smell.

And finally opening up your eyes.

And noticing what you can see.

And smile at me.

Feel that love throughout your whole entire body.

Feel the support,

The community.
