And welcome.
Welcome to today's beautiful chakra for your meditation.
I ask you now to just sit down,
Finding a spot where you will not be disturbed,
Where you can relax,
Go in,
Cleansing in your body,
Your energy,
Your spirit,
Your soul.
And start to take a deep breath in through your nose,
And out through your nose,
Relaxing into this moment,
Breathing in,
And breathing out,
Breathing in,
Breathing in peace,
Breathing in love,
Breathing in light,
And breathing out any anger,
Frustration,
Fear,
Anxiety.
Breathing in,
And breathing out,
Letting it all go,
Allowing your breath to cleanse you,
Heal you,
And heal you.
Letting it all go.
Breathing in your intention for this meditation,
And feeling the intention move through every atom,
Every molecule,
Every cell of your body,
And breathing out,
Allowing your intention to move through the universe,
And allowing your intention to manifest into your reality.
Continuing to breathe,
Allowing the breath to take you into deeper states of consciousness,
Deeper states of peace,
More joy,
More love,
More tranquility.
And if you so choose,
You may call on any guides,
Angels,
Ancestors,
To help you with this healing transformation you're doing.
And allow your body to relax,
Allowing the breath to heal,
To transcend,
To awaken you.
And taking one more deep breath in through your nose,
And letting it all go on the exhale.
For our breath is our life force energy.
Our breath is what keeps us alive,
Keeps us going.
The breath is our healing,
It's our transformation.
And now allow your breath to naturally fall,
Allowing the inhale and the exhale to mate at your own pace,
Letting go of the heavy breathing,
And falling into your natural breath now.
And allowing yourself as thoughts may come and go,
Allowing yourself to come back to the breath,
To bring you back into this present moment.
And bringing your awareness,
Your attention to the base of your spine,
Right to your root chakra.
And feel a beautiful red light awakening and starting to emerge right in your root chakra,
Right at the base of your spine.
See a beautiful spiral,
A red light,
Moving through your root,
Spiraling,
Opening and expanding.
And as your root and this red light starts to emerge,
See the spiral moving faster and faster,
Activating a healing of your stability and repeating in your mind,
I am stable.

Allowing your root to heal,
Allowing your stability to feel into this beautiful red light,
Allowing this red light to move through your whole entire body.
Feeling and cleansing,
Clearing and removing.
Visualizing and seeing this red light becoming feel and feeling.
And gently bringing your awareness two inches below the belly button to your dermis,
Pelvis,
Right to your sacral chakra.
Right at the place of your sacral chakra,
Start to visualize and see a beautiful orange light starting to awaken,
Starting to emerge,
Starting to move through your body.
And see this beautiful orange light starting to spiral right into your genitals,
Right into your pelvis,
Starting to heal,
Transcend,
Revive the sacral chakra.
And repeating internally,
I am safe.

And allowing a orange light to heal you from any black edges,
Any wounds,
Any feelings,
Not being respected,
Not being honored.
Activating your life force energy,
Awakening to your beautiful pleasure centers,
And allowing this orange light to spiral and move faster and faster,

Reviving,
And removing.
Feel this orange light filling your sacral chakra,
Filling your pelvis,
And moving through your body.
Seeing this orange light grow bigger and bigger.
And gently bringing your awareness up to your belly,
Two inches above your belly button,
Right in the center of your tummy.
Start to imagine and feel a beautiful yellow light spiraling,
Circling right in the middle of your solar plexus.
See a beautiful light starting to form,
Starting to heal,
Transcend,
And bring peace.
See this yellow light healing all of your ability to control,
To have power,
Opening your creativity,
Your expansion,
Allowing you to trust your gut instincts,
And repeating,

And allowing this yellow light to heal you,

Allowing this yellow light to move through your solar plexus,

See and visualize this yellow light opening and expanding,

And starting to visualize and see a beautiful green light activating your heart chakra.
And seeing this beautiful green light moving and expanding,
Healing,
Transcending,
And reviving your heart.
Feeling your heart healing from any heartbreak,
Any pain,
Any fear of love.
And allowing this green light to move through your heart,
Opening,
Expanding,
And healing your ability to love.
To love the people,
The world,
The planet.
Feel this green light circling,
Rotating faster and faster,
Right in the center of your heart.
And as this green light moves through your heart,
Repeat to yourself,

And bringing your awareness up to your throat.
Up to your throat chakra,
Right in the center of your neck.
And visualizing and seeing a beautiful blue light.
And feel this blue light starting to circle,

And revive your throat.
Your ability to speak your truth,
Your ability to communicate without fear,
Without shame,
Without guilt.
Allow your throat to open and expand to your truth.
And feel this blue light rotating,

And activating a healing.

A forgiving yourself and others.
For all of the unkind words that have been said on to you and have said on to others.
Allowing your throat to heal from any spells that you have spelled on to the Lord.

And activating your third eye.
Your intuition.

And reviving your intuition.

Cleansing and cleaning yourself from the blood around you.
The Lord has tried to shut down our intuition.

To the very energy center that created this reality.

Activating and seeing the beautiful solar plexus and a beautiful yellow light.
Out repeating to yourself,

And seeing and activating your beautiful heart chakra in a beautiful color of green.
And repeating,
I am love.
Activating and seeing your beautiful throat chakra.
And activating and speaking.
And I am speaking my truth.
And awakening and seeing your beautiful thought eye.
Activating your intuition and repeating I see clearly in a beautiful indigo light.
And seeing and activating your beautiful crown chakra.
And seeing beautiful violet light and repeating I am connected.
And resting in the light of all of your seven chakras.
And feel the light moving through your body,
Your spirit,
Your soul.
Allow the healing and the activation to take place.
Know that as you focus on each chakra,
Each chakra was healed.
Each chakra was transformed.
Each chakra was revived.
And each chakra awakened.
Now gently focusing on your crown and your violet light.
And allowing the violet light to start to close.
Allowing your crown chakra to start to close.
And know that it is always activated.
It is always there for you to reawaken.
And moving your awareness down to your thought eye.
Closing down your thought eye,
The beautiful indigo light.
And knowing that your thought eye is always there for you to open,
To expand.
And moving your awareness down to your throat chakra.
Closing down the beautiful throat chakra.
Knowing that your throat chakra is always there for you to reawaken.
Closing down the beautiful light.
And moving your awareness to your heart chakra,
The violet light.
And keeping your heart open so that you can love,
Receive,
And give love.
Allowing your heart chakra to be the only chakra that stays open.
Moving your awareness down to your solar plexus.
Closing down the beautiful yellow light.
Knowing that you can open and expand the yellow light to your solar plexus.
And within your knee.
Moving your awareness down to your sacral chakra.
Closing down the beautiful orange light.
Knowing that you can awaken and open up the orange light again for a little bit.
And finally,
Moving your awareness down to your root chakra.
Closing down the beautiful red light.
Knowing that you can activate and react to this beautiful root chakra,
The leafy.
And know that each chakra has been placed,
It has been healed,
It has been revived.
Closing the aura down for the protection as you walk around the world.
Protecting you with your palm grease.
But always keeping your heart open.
Keeping the beautiful red light shining through the world.
So that you may receive and give love.
And when you are ready you may slowly come back to your breath.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Coming back into the space with all of us.
