Start to find a comfortable position for your body.
Wriggle around a little bit.
Let the spine twist left and right.
As you take some fuller breaths.
Today we'll drop in with some relaxation.
We will connect to the eye feeling and then there will be some space just to rest and process.
So start by softening your body,
Relaxing your shoulders,
Sweeping some full breaths through the back of the body.
Allow there to be any free movement with some bigger breaths to help you turn inward.
Bring attention to your face,
Your cheeks,
Eyes,
Forehead can all relax.
Let the body start to settle into stillness,
Especially in the inner space.
But notice there's also movement.
Your full relaxing breaths move energy around your body.
Do not resist your thoughts.
Instead,
Let everything relax a little bit more.
Let your spine be long and straight.
Using tension with your breath.
Relax your shoulders again and relax your belly.
Relax your thighs,
Your legs,
Your feet.
And this is the last meditation you'll ever get the chance to do.
So stay focused inside your body,
Scanning for messages of tension that you can smile at.
Scanning for what feels tight right now.
And fully let it go.
Sink your hips down even heavier,
Grounding into the earth.
Relax.
Open the back of the neck and scalp melt downward.
Notice your attention can also move down and inward,
Returning home to the heart space.
Your breaths can flow in and out of the heart.
Signifying of intimacy with your center.
As you breathe through the heart space,
Let everything else just melt away.
You might sense the feeling of me or I.
Your eye in the heart space.
A sense of your essential being.
Following the eye feeling like a thread of intimacy into your essence.
Let it follow you.
Keeping your breath full and the whole body softening still the other half of your attention is in the heart space grounding into your being.

Feeling directly this present moment,
This breath,
This body.
In the middle of your chest,
The feeling of me.

Letting all your energy rest in the heart for the next minute.
Connect back into your physical body.
Just see what feels natural for you.
