Hello Moonbeam,
Welcome to the series on the Archangels,
On the way in which we work with the elements,
The directions,
The seasons,
And the facets of ourselves.
My name is Freedom and I'm so grateful to have you here with me.
Today we enter into the element of water.
We allow for the element of water and the Archangel Gabriel.
Gabriel witnesses the direction of West and the season of the fall.
Gabriel is about communication and releasing.
Water holds on to memory.
Water holds the resonance of being.
When we combine these ideas we release victimhood and succumbing to old stories.
Noticing when we are retelling old things to new life and being prepared to set down those burdens.
We'll set these burdens down together today with Gabriel learning how to embrace clarity in our communication and fall into the flow of that which truly is happening.
The point of presence is where your pivot is.
Creating change in our lives comes from awareness of where we are.
Our feelings create emotions and those emotions invite action and those actions facilitate change often in physical,
Mental,
Emotional,
Or spiritual communication.
And so Archangel Gabriel teaching us today finding a comfortable seat and allowing the eyes to close if it's comfortable for you.
Letting the body settle into now,
Into here.
Letting the before be before and the after be the after.
Gabriel with us now.
Our first rounds of breath breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Finding a sense of release to gravity,
A sighing.
Become present.
Become aware of the emotions from the feelings that are here.
Begin to seal your lips and breathe only through your nose.
Encouraging your breath to be drawn deep into you towards the earth.
Even further down to the water inside of her.
Calling upon Archangel Gabriel and clarity in our communication.
I call upon Archangel Gabriel to wash me clean of my assumptions and my trepidations around saying what I mean.
I call upon Gabriel to help me clarify my message so that I can be heard by the people that want to listen.
I call upon Archangel Gabriel to assist me in connecting to my ancestors,
The keepers of my original story.
I call upon Gabriel to activate the water code inside of me that knows,
That has a memory of that which is meant to be.
I call upon Archangel Gabriel to help me release any old story that no longer serves me as I travel forward into my inheritance.
As I travel forward and co-create with the world that which I desire to see.
I call upon Gabriel to help me stop repeating and instead begin creating.
To find my creativity and make that which I desire to see.
Gabriel I ask you to help me witness any sunsets in the direction of West that I may need to.
To embrace any endings that I may need to and to let go of anything that I may need to in order to actualize that which I came here to do.
In order to become who I came here to become.
I call upon Archangel Gabriel to help me find the words.
To help me find the method and to walk with me as I rewrite my story when it is necessary.
I call upon you Gabriel also to listen and to show me what the next best thing is.
To clarify my communication.
To fall into the flow state of healing and the medicine of the element of water.
Be with me here as I let go.

May we set our burden down.
Allowing transmutation from the element of water.
