Hello Moonbeam,
Welcome to this series on the angels and the elements.
My name is Freedom.
I am an intuitive alchemist and I love angel medicine.
Today we're working the element of air and the archangel Raphael.
Raphael watches over the direction of east and the season of the spring.
Raphael is sent in to help with health and redemption.
Raphael is the redemption song.
The air element is our breath,
Our life force and the source of our buoyant vitality.
The air element watches over the mind and our thinking.
Raphael assists healers of all kinds,
Especially those that are looking to help themselves.
And so Raphael is an excellent ally to call upon when you need a little help.
The springtime is light coming forth from the dark.
The springtime is the re-emergence from the shadow side and symbolizes the integration of the lessons of winter.
Feeling is regeneration,
A bursting forth,
That feeling after healing,
The medicine of rest.
Archangel Raphael,
Working together today,
Will begin by finding a seat,
Allowing the eyes to close.
Starting to tap into the breath as it is breathed by your body.
Starting to tap in to the whispering inside.
Remembering ourselves,
We'll begin taking a few breaths in through the nose and exhaling out through the mouth.
Breathing in through the nose and sighing it out.
Becoming aware of the depth and width of our breath.
Begin to seal your lips,
Breathing only through your nose.
Allowing the mind to settle into here and now,
Into this.
Accepting the before be before,
Accepting that the after will be the after and that there is a certain power in this moment because it's where we can pivot.
The air element is the pivot.
We see this in the seasons when the winds change direction,
Carrying seeds and messages to where they're needed.
Raphael facilitates our health and healing for ourselves and those around us.
Invoking Raphael for the sunrise in the east,
Calling forth our new beginnings as we evolve together in unity as humanity.
I call upon Archangel Raphael to guide me into understanding what is healthy.
To assist me in embodying what would make me the most well.
What would aid me in being fit for serving humanity,
For being a part of this thing that we call aliveness.
Waking up the world to the ultimate,
The redemption of forgiveness.
We exhale after holding our breath.
Health has a lot to do with acceptance.
Raphael,
I thank you for teaching me this.
I call upon you,
Raphael,
To work with my ancestors and clear me of any old stories around what it means to feel good in my body.
I ask you,
Raphael,
To clear my mind of any ill will or ill intention that I might have absorbed being distracted by something.
I ask you to use the winds of change to free my body from the chains of fear.
Raphael,
I ask you to show me what's next for me along the path.
To give me a sense of direction that points me to the best beginning.
I call upon Archangel Raphael for health and healing.
May I be vital in all the things that I do.
May my body be used for the highest good and in the highest order,
Sharing only that which is of most benefit.
I ask you,
Raphael,
To help me see clearly.
To breeze through me and help me remember the love that is the seed of all things.
May you make me like the air,
Invisible and powerful,
Able to create change,
Able to sweep through and make manifest amazing things.
Raphael,
May you take me in.
May you be my teacher so that I can be healthy.
So that I can be happy.
So that I'm able to remember that I am already free.
I ask you,
Raphael,
To help me with myself.
To help myself to remember their vitality.
That they may only repeat that which is of the highest order in hope and healing.
I call upon you,
Raphael,
To teach me to accept myself.
To be redeemed.
Just like the spring.
I ask you,
Raphael,
What is it that I need to know to accept my health?
To accept my vitality,
What would I need to emerge,
Just like the spring,
From the darkest of days and the deepest of winters?
Share with me your wisdom here.
Allowing time to integrate the messages from Raphael to you.
Gathering the hands at the heart center and lifting them to your third eye.
Showing forward in gratitude to you and your practice,
I say Sat Nam.
