I Trust My Process

Trust is a velvet dark space where we can create freely and openly, without bounds we may rebuild our desire and ignite the senses. My hope for you is that this practice will open a space in your heart, body, experience or mind that has been closed for too long. May all beings be wild and free.

I wrote that review two years ago. Today I feel the same way only stronger. I was tied into knots yesterday preparing to teach a class. I was frightened. But this meditation, and Freedom's measured, loving meditation changed everything. I will return ! Namaste.🌿

Interesting style of meditation, using the closed eye difference in perception. It resonated for me. "I trust the process" mantra also struck me as a teachable moment. It took me deeper. Different types of meditation guidance is a nice change.
