Collect your awareness upon the space at the center of your forehead.
Within your body,
This area is home to your third eye energy center.
When you're ready.
Receive or sense an iridescent white light beginning to form overhead.
This beam of protective light now pleasantly illuminates your forehead,
Shining its warm rays over this portal,
The portal of your third eye.
The light rests here with you,
Lovingly beaming down from above.
It accompanies you while your body part by part enters into relaxation.
All is well,
You are safe to relax here.
Relax your feet.
Feel your feet releasing all of the tension and all of the weight from the day.
As the relaxation spreads up and through your ankles,
Relaxing your calves,
Knees,
And throughout your legs.
Notice a pleasant heaviness.
And if at any point you wish to move your legs,
You could do so,
But for now just allowing them to sink deeper down into tranquility.
Quiet relaxation builds as it flows up in waves,
Flowing through your abdomen,
Swirling to your lower back,
Upper back,
And chest.
As your body deepens in relaxation,
The iridescent light beaming as it dances above your brow helps to melt any tension from your mind too,
Warmly welcoming all of the moment's peaceful offerings.
Your arms may too begin to feel heavy as the sensations of calm enter into your hands.
If at any point you wish to move your arms,
You can feel free to do so,
But for now just allowing them to sink deeper.
Relax.
And relaxing the muscles of your neck,
Your chin,
Jaw,
Mouth,
Relaxed.
The muscles surrounding your eyes,
Relaxed.
All muscles of your head,
Relaxed.
And the only sensation remaining is comfort,
Is bliss.
With your entire body relaxed and ready,
Notice the way that former part of you is pleased to send kind wishes for your journey as you focus on this moment,
As you connect with universal flow.
Enhancing the connections and entering a safe and open dimension.
And in your relaxed and focused state,
The light casting down through your third eye intensifies,
Merging with your energy and protecting you along the way.
And it feels so comforting to know that you are safe,
Loved,
And protected here.
You may have already begun to see or sense an indigo blue or purple light energy coming into focus in your mind's eye.
It is possible that you sense other colors too,
And that's perfectly fine.
This sensation is your third eye beginning to open and strengthen in receptivity.
The colored light dissolves all boundaries and blocks within its orb.
Visualize or sense this colored energy becoming larger and expanding out from your forehead,
From your mind's eye.
Remember how it widens its scope,
Expanding out in all directions.
From your third eye,
It extends past the horizon,
Blanketing over the surface of the Earth.
Direct it,
Continuing this expansion,
And enjoy the way that it envelops realms not seen before.
This universal wisdom is open for you to tap into,
And it grows as your energy moves past this sphere.
It moves to the next sphere.
The indigo blue-purple light blankets all planetary bodies and their lunar satellites.
It blankets all stars,
All galaxies.
In its all-encompassing path,
It blankets our entire solar system,
Our entire universe.
All true things,
Seen and unseen.
Your energy is this vast.

You are beginning to open up to the answers to all questions,
Tapping into this flow of universal wisdom,

Feelings,
